T-fal E918S264 Ultimate Hard Anodized Nonstick Expert Interior Thermo-Spot Heat Indicator Anti-Warp

T-fal E918S264 Ultimate Hard Anodized Nonstick Expert Interior Thermo-Spot Heat Indicator Anti-Warp Dishwasher 8-Inch and 10-Inch Saute Pan / Fry Pan Cookware Set, GrayMy only beef is that they do not come with lids and the lid from my old 10" T-fal that these are replacing does not fit this 10" T-fal.Other than that they are great pans for the money.

Easy clean, can go from stove top to oven.

I baked my Soda Bread in it for this St Patrick's Day and it slid right out of the pan to my cooling rack and cleaned up in seconds. It cleans so well you won't want to bother putting it in the dishwasher, even though you can.

Found the 12" Omelet skillet first and loved it. So bought these two smaller ones and have given away all my others. These cook very well, have high sides to prevent slopping over and wash up easily. Love them!!

I have used these skillets for years now and they are still in great shape, easy to take care of, just need a little oil or butter and are truly non-stick! I love the fact that we can put them in the oven since I like making frittatas!

Aluminum Heritage Lefse Grill

Aluminum Heritage Lefse GrillIf you make lefse, this is the grill to use.I should actually just stop my review right here, because there's really nothing more to say.I will mention that there is now a teflon grill out, but the old fashioned Norwegian in me can't imagine how you would get perfect brown spotting on your lefse with teflon. If you have made your dough properly, sticking is not usually a problem. Its loaded with butter!!The controls are easy to use, and out of the way.Customer service with this company is great. My lefse grill is holding up after 20 years, but my mom did need some work done on hers and they are communicative and helpful.Fixed it right up!Don't be afraid, this is not rocket science.Trust me, if I can do it, you can do it.Order one today!

I bought this grill to make lefse but so far I have only used it for tortillas and pancakes. It works wonderfully and cooks 4 -5 pancakes or tortillas at a time. I can cook them in less than half the time it took using a skillet on the stove. It has been easy to clean too. Now I all I need to do is find the time to make lefse!

My Grandmother gave me her Lefse grill to carry on the family tradition.Just before Christmas, I took the grill out and discovered that two of the three legs were broken.Bethany Housewares stuff is so well made and supported, that I just assumed that I could buy spare parts.Sure enough, you can replace all 3 legs for $7.25.I sure enjoy not having to throw this family heirloom out just because two small pieces of bakelite failed after several decades of trusty service.Outstanding.

I was hesitant to buy the aluminum version. After having used it several times:Foods do not stick like I thought they might; it is very easy to clean; the aluminum is thick and very well made; the entire unit heats evenly. That PLUS it is made in the USA and I like the idea of supporting American businesses that operate solely in the USA. This is a fantastic unit and beats the other more cheaply made foreign versions to the ground. This will become an heirloom.

Super grill easy to use, food is ready very fast, clean-up easy.Takes up very little counter space and no splatters.

this would be fine for single servings I suppose, but for cooking for 2 or more people it's too small and food set near the edges doesn't cook very well, and sometimes not at all. It was so very difficult to clean as well. The little tray that catches the fat tends to fill rather quickly and then your stuck trying to figure out how to empty and replace it while hot grease continues to drip from your cooking food.... not possible... so you just hope it doesn't make a huge mess.

Bottom line.... not good for more than cooking one thing at a time, doesn't cook even around the outer edges and a pain to clean.

Kalorik Indoor/Outdoor Non-Stick Portable Grill, Black

Kalorik Indoor/Outdoor Non-Stick Portable Grill, BlackASIN B003DA7TY4 I want to love this thing, if only because I gave it as a gift and I hate when I give something that isn't awesome. This IS awesome, though it does have one flaw that really bugs me.

I've always hated the Foreman grills. They sell, in my opinion, only because of Foreman's name. They're not new, novel, inventive, unique... and they never were. The day they hit the shelves, I was using a five year old unit much like them, but better. So when I went shopping for an indoor grill and kept running into people pushing Foreman's grills, I was frustrated. Finally, I stumbled across the Kalorik in a store and asked about it, did a little online research and decided to take a chance.

The cooking surface is large, half griddle and half grill, and excess fat drains easily. The lid, which can act as a windbreak and serve as a handle too, is clear glass, making it easy to keep an eye on your food without having to open it all the time, letting heat out. It heats up quickly, cooks evenly and, with removable parts, cleans in a flash.

The only complaint I have is about the lid. When you lift it, the hinge sinks smoothly into a pocket, where it can stand upright. This is great, when you're cooking no holding it with one hand and trying to do everything with the other, you've got two free hands! But, when you try to close it, it's not quite so smooth. You have to lift it from the pocket it's resting in and I've usually been unable to close it with one hand, so I'm forced to step away from the unit, set down what's in my hand, then return to close it. If you've got small kids or cats (dogs don't usually spend much time walking on counters), this can be a real problem. Not the worst problem in the world, but annoying, especially from a company that, according to their own site, is "synonymous with fine engineering".

AnnaLovesBooks

This little grill is awesome!

I have owned it now for a year and have no problems whatsoever. I absolutely love it. I never really could figure out how to not overcook food on the gas grill, I always left it up to my hubby buit he could never seem to get to it! So I decided to buy a grill that was easy for me to use. I use it both inside and outside all the time. My family and I camp on the weekends and this grill is always thrown in the back of the truck. It is not huge but it is plenty big for my family of four. It is split 50/50, grill/griddle but I have no problems cooking meat on the griddle side. I love that you can grab it and carry it by the handle (just be sure to clean the grease tray before doing this, opps!) It really is easy to clean; you can just throw all the pieces in the dishwasher. I was not sure about the actual grill part, but it says you can and I have not had any problems with doing so. Also very easy to wash by hand. I also love the fact that the lid is clear and does not smash the food like the foreman type grills, but still drains much of the grease.

I will say, as another reviewer mentioned about how the grill stopped heating up, it does, but it does not actually shut off, it just seems to "cool down" a little if it has been on a while. It still continues to cook though. I love this feature because my ADD sometimes will stray me away from my cooking, for a while, a long while sometimes.=) When I finally realize I have chicken still on the grill I think, "Great, burned, dried out chicken" Nope, not the case! Still the moistest chicken I have ever had in my life! This grill knows when to cool down and wait. Back to my ADD, I have actually left this thing on all day before and never had a problem with it. So it really only seems to "cool down a bit" when it has been left on a really long time, and a tiny twist of the heating control knob and its back up. Therefore, if you grill food that needs to be on the grill for a long time over an hour or so, this is probably not for you. However, if you want something that's there, easy to use, cooks awesome, and cleans easily, Do not hesitate to buy this sweet little grill!

I Love it, would buy it a hundred more times, and would definitely recommend it.

All-Clad Stainless 3-Quart Saucier Pan

All-Clad Stainless 3-Quart Saucier PanI couldn't decide: the 3 quart saute, sauce, or saucier.

Tradition said to stick with the saute. But I knew that I needed something with higher sides.

A 3 quart saucepan?Who was I kidding?That's a monster.

So, feeling like Goldilocks, I finally hit my "just right" option, the saucier.

This is not a pan that is well known, but what's not to love? The high sides and beveled inside curve mean you can reduce and whisk and sauce to your heart's content without sticking. The large surface area of the bottom plate means you can saute and sear without worry of space constraints. And I haven't even mentioned how evenly it conducts heat, its well-balanced heft, or striking beauty on my pot rack.

This pan does it all.Break with tradition as I did, and you'll use it almost daily just as I do.

I reach for this one every day. It's the perfect size for 4-6 servings and it cleans up beautifully. The heft is perfect, and it's great for tossers who really like to make their food jump.

I've owned this pan for about 4 years now, and I couldn't be happier. It heats up quickly and evenly, allowing for excellent control.Additionally, the sloped sides make it easy to get a whisk/spatula into every part of the pan.I've yet to have even the thickest of cheese sauces burn or turn gritty on me.The pan isn't too hefty, so pouring sauces from the pan isn't ever really an issue. Also, the handle stays cool enough to touch during the cooking process.I haven't had any issues as far a degradation of the material over the past 4 years; it seems to work just as well as when I first purchased it.Though it is not the intended purpose of a saucier, I've found it to be able to evenly sweat/saute vegetables a well. It's no wok, but it is capable of producing an acceptable stir fry if allowed to heat long enough; the light weight makes it easy to toss the vegetables.Overall, this is an excellent and versatile pan. I'll definitely be seeking out more All-Clad in the future.

All-Clad Stainless 12-Inch Chef's Pan

All-Clad Stainless 12-Inch Chef's PanI bought this pan four years ago and planed to use it as an everyday wok, mainly to make stir-fry dishes. After years of use, I finally have to admit that it is not a good replacement for a traditional Chinese wok. However, I still like it overall. It has even heat distribution, versatile, sturdy, easy to clean, well-made, and looks nice.

If you are looking for a stir-fry wok, don¡¦t get this pan and choose a traditional carbon steel wok instead. One major disadvantage of this Chef¡¦s Pan is that it cannot reach the high temperature required to make tasty Chinese stir-fry dishes. If you preheat it for 3-5 minutes, add some cooking oil and then food, the pan quickly cools down. You end up boiling the food instead of stir-frying it.The essence of Chinese stir-fry is to cook food at very high temperature in order to seal the juice in the food.Boiling removes the juice along with the flavor from the food.A traditional wok, made of either carbon steel or cast iron, can reach the high temperature required for stir-fry dishes.

A traditional carbon steel wok is very cheap and can last a life time if cared properly. The downside is that it can rust easily if not cared properly.(I prefer the type without the nonstick coating because the Teflon nonstick coating won¡¦t last long under high heat, and it will eventually disintegrate and get into the food.) You MUST season a traditional wok before using it the first time.Seasoning the wok builds a brown-black patina on the interior that makes it non-stick and also prevents rust. After cooking, wash the wok with hot water only (No detergent !), wipe dry with paper towel, and then heat it on stove to remove any moisture on the wok.Do not soak it in sink after cooking or you will regret.I don¡¦t use my carbon steel wok to boil food and never use it to steam, as they may damage the patina.Scouring the wok or washing it with detergent will also damage the patina. So avoid scouring or you will need to re-season it afterwards.

Overall, I like All-Clad¡¦s Stainless Steel line of cookware.I have several other pieces besides this 12¡¨ Chef¡¦s Pan.All of them are great and I won¡¦t trade them for other cookware. But I have a traditional Chinese wok just to make stir-fry dishes. If you are looking for a stir-fry wok, you can get a 14¡¨ carbon steel wok (no Teflon coating) from Target or Asian food store under $20.

I recently purchased this pan, and I couldn't be happier. It looks great, is easy to clean, and heats beautifully!Food browns well, and so far, doesn't stick. This is the pan I use most, for stir-fries, for braising, for sauteing, whatever. My old pans, a set of Calphalon hard-anodized non-stick pans, are going to be replaced, one by one...

The other great purchase I made was the All-Clad Non-stick grill pan--it is wonderful!

Buy All-Clad Stainless 12-Inch Chef's Pan Now

I recently received the "copper core" version of this pan as a gift and, though I have not used it much yet, I think it is necessary to mention that the Amazon product description is wrong--this pan is not a wok, or "wok-like" in anything more than a superficial sense (it has rounded sides). It is much shallower than a standard wok, and has a much larger flat portion on the bottom than a standard flat-bottom wok (it is more like a deep skillet with a lid than it is wok-like).Yes, one could stir-fry in it, but that means little (one could try to stir-fry in a skillet or sauce pan also). This makes the complaints of "Student" moot; this pan was never meant to replace a traditional wok (if it was, why would All-Clad also make a wok in the same series of pans?).

Stir-frying will certainly be easier and better in an actual wok; I have one made by Calphalon and it is great. As far as this chef's pan goes, I plan to use it primarily for fricassees and braises.

This pan is not very versatile-by far my least used pan. It doesn't sit well on a stove burner, doesn't have terrific heat distribution and takes up a lot of storage space. It's basically a small wok with a lid. I love the all-clad line, but this pan is a loser. Buy a large frypan instead.

Want All-Clad Stainless 12-Inch Chef's Pan Discount?

This beauty can cook up a feast!

It has a large enough capacity for me to make a family-sized dish...all in one pot. While another critique says it does not replace a traditional Asian wok, it is called a "chef's pan"-not "inferior wok" and it does a number of jobs incredibly well! I really like the Chef's pan for searing then sauteeing. It can simmer and is the right shape for reducing...I've made everything from browned sausage ribbolita to apricot chicken in this beauty. And, creating the fond-that essential for so many sauces-is a treat in the All-Clad Chef's Pan. Plus, it's made in America! What's not to like?

As always with All-Clad, it cleans beautifully, simply, and looks amazing. If you want a wok, buy a wok, but if you want a chef's pan, this is the one!

Dexter-Russell 4-by-2.5-Inch Stainless Steel and Walnut Pancake Turner

Dexter-Russell 4-by-2.5-Inch Stainless Steel and Walnut Pancake TurnerIf I had to replace all my cookware this turner would be at the top of the list for things I wanted immediately.I use it for anything I cook on a stainless steel or cast iron pan/skillet.

What I like:

-The blade is thin enough to where I can easily slide it under eggs cooking on a cast iron skillet rather than just pushing them around, which is what happened with other turners/spatulas.The end is not sharp but it has enough of an edge to cut a piece of chicken apart when checking to see if it's cooked all the way through.

-Blade flex is perfect as it provides a slight bit of flex when you really push it into the pan (i.e. when I burn something onto the pan) but otherwise it's perfectly rigid.

-As far as size the 4"x2.5" is extremely versatile and I haven't had a need for anything smaller or larger. For reference the smallest pan I use is a Lodge Logic L5SK3 Pre-Seasoned Cast-Iron 8-Inch Skillet that has tall sides and this size turner is easily operated in it.

-I wasn't crazy about the look of the handle at first, but it's grown on me and I really like the feel of the wood and the balance it provides

-Made in the USA: I know this doesn't matter to everyone but if I can find a quality product made here for a reasonable price I'm going to buy it.For me the fact that this is made in the US is just icing on the cake for an already great product.

What I don't like:

-Nothing: I can find something to complain or modify on most things and I am stumped here.(It's, a major reason why I bought a second one.)

Other notes/thoughts:

-I'm intrigued by the one reviewer that said he sharpened the edge.I haven't found a need for it yet as it splits most things already, but it sounds cool.

-One reviewer mentioned that the sticker was difficult to remove. It's not that hard, you just can't use something soft like a paper towel with dish soap.Use something more abrasive like an abrasive sponge, ie: Scotch-BriteDobie All-purpose Pads, 3-Count (Pack of 8).(You don't have to worry about hurting it.)

Conclusion:

I'm pretty conscious with how I spend my money but I'm willing to pay for quality and this is quality.I don't know for sure as I've only had my first one a few months so far but I think it's built well enough to last a lifetime given that you don't regularly abuse it beyond normal use.

This is a wonderful turner.I bought this to use with a new cast iron skillet because I read you should never use plastic in cast iron.I figured this would be the perfect thing because even the handle isn't plastic so even if I set it resting on the skillet, no harm done. This actually reminds me of an "heirloom" gagdet one of those nice quality tools that your grandmom has but you can never seem to find.I believe it is supposed to be handwashed but I'm not sure.I handwash mine so I don't know how it would hold up in a dishwasher.Get yourself a cast iron pan and this tool and go back to the basics. You won't regret it.I'm going to get the Dexter Russell fork next :]

UPDATE 6/28/12:I went back to non-stick.Cast iron is just too darn heavy. But, my review stands on this turner.

I had originally bought a 0.99 turner, and didn't think it could get any better."What can a better quality turner do for me?" I asked myself.Well, this turner is every egg and pancake flippers dream! It slides under the food with little effort, scrapes the bottom of my pans when there's a little too much "stickage", and is really easy to clean at the end! What more can I say about it?It's great!

This is a fine product very well made. (Like another reviewer mentioned, I wish it was full-tang.) When it first arrived, I was surprised it was smaller than I expected. I soon found though that it is perfect!

This turner is just right for any cast iron or stainless steel skillet cooking. It works equally well in an 8 Inch skillet as it does in a 12 Inch skillet. The blade is flexible enough to really get in and scrape around the edges like you need to sometimes.

The size and flexibility of the blade makes all the difference it allows you to get the angle you need to get past the lip of the pan. Anything bigger wouldn't do the job. (I also own the Dexter-Russell 5-Inch Turner, but it never sees the light of day except when I open the drawer to grab my 4-by-2.5-Inch!)

There are many five-star reviews for this, so maybe I got one that slipped through quality contol. But there are some basic problems that I did not expect from a higher-priced item:

The steel only goes half-way up into the handle, and the gap cut out for it is a little bigger than the width of the steel, so water/food will be able to get stuck in the gap. Also, the edge of the metal is sharp and rough all the way around and the wood is rough at the end of the handle (just not sanded down with a small enough grit paper to make it smooth), giving the feel of a cheap kitchen tool. But it is not priced that way. I can fix the finish problems with some steel wool, but the gap between the blade and the wood is not fixable and will cause the wood to go bad ealier than it should due to water getting trapped in the gap.

Update after a few weeks of use:l I did take some steel wool to this and made it really nice with just 5 minutes of effort.I worked down the sharp edges all around the metal and gently buffed down the rough wood at the end of the handle, so now it feels really good.So now the only problem is the gap due to the cut in the wood being a bit too big for the steel, leaving a small gap between the handle and the metal where the metal fits in the handle. That will eventually do the handle in as water sits in there after each washing.

Too bad the manufacturer didn't spend a few minutes finishing this, but the material now feels really good so I've raised this from 1 to 3 stars.

Revere Copper Bottom 12" Covered Skillet

Revere Copper Bottom 12' Covered SkilletWe bought this to replace a two decade old 12" copper bottom Revere skillet that had served us well..First impressions were that the steel was significantly thinner, not as flat, and more flexible. The first cooking experiences with thin fish fillets were that it was difficult to get the fish cooking correctly without burning the oil away from the fish. That makes it difficult to make a decent pan sauce. We'll give it a little while longer, but I forsee this going to Goodwill in a short time.

All Clad Stainless Steel 13-Inch French Skillet with Lid

All Clad Stainless Steel 13-Inch French Skillet with LidAs with all All Clad products, this skillet is solidly built and performs as advertised. The helper handle makes it easier to use with heavy loads, but harder to hang up with my other pans since the space I have isn't as big as this pan is long. The included instructions say not to use salt directly in the pan as the pan will become discoloured or pitted; The first time I used the pan, I salted my fish fillet prior to placing it in the pan and the pan became pitted immediately. I don't mind that much since it was going to happen eventually.

All-Clad is a brand of cookware I am familiar with and this is a recent gift I feel so fortunate to have been given.

First, I love the overall high quality construction. When I'm cooking with this I know I'm definitely cooking with one of the very best skillets there is.

Two, I am not too thrilled with Teflon coatings and this provides a stainless steel inside which helps keep food from sticking, without Teflon or similar coatings.

Three, though it may not be very important to some, I love the look of the skillet. It just gleams. I love the bolts holding the handles in place.

Three, the handles don't get hot. This to me is very important, because when hustling in the kitchen, I have accidentally opened pans without a mitt and gotten my fingers burned.

Four, the heat is evenly maintained and will not burn in certain spots.

I am just thrilled with my skillet.

Everyone has their preferences and I prefer this skillet to my others and the lid fits perfectly and both pieces are very easy to clean and keep the high shine.

I love it and recommend it.

Most of my cookware is nonstick, but I needed a large skillet with a lid that could handle high heat in the oven. I decided to use it to make my spaghetti sauce today. I fried the Italian sausage, then the meatballs, ground beef, and then I sauteed the onions and peppers and finished with the tomatoes and let it all simmer. I was shocked when after all of this the pan was spotless using only my dish sponge and liquid soap. Cleanup was as easy as my nonstick. I don't expect it to always be so, but this was amazing. This was my firt tri ply, and the even heating was dramatic. I had intended for this to be the last piece of cookware I would ever need, now I plan to replace a few of my nonstick pieces with All Clad.

My wife wanted a hybrid induction/radiant range for our kitchen remodel. We have mostly copper bottom RevereWare pots that won't work on the induction top.So, I decided to buy this All Clad pan as the first step in revamping our cookware. This pan is noticeably heavier than the RevereWare.I have been impressed with how well it works with the induction range and actually enjoy cooking with this well designed skillet. My wife's reaction was lukewarm and she didn't seem too excited about this dazzling piece ofkitchen art.

That apathy changed when we went to a cooking demonstration while we were staying at the Greenbrier. The kitchen there uses All Clad pans and I had to point that out to my wife.It was actually this pan that the chef used during the demo.We talked with the chef after her presentation and I asked her opinion of All Clad. She raved about the brand, saying that they hold up really well even with the constant use and abuse of a professional kitchen. After this conversation, the wife seems more appreciative of her gift!

We want to continue building our collection of All Clad cookware and this was a versatile starter.

Calphalon Contemporary Bronze Anodized Edition Nonstick Saute Pan with Cover

Calphalon Contemporary 5-Quart Bronze Anodized Edition Nonstick Saute Pan with CoverThis is a great pan as expected, but the photos of the product must be HIGHLY photoshopped to get it to look that great bronze. My pan is a dull gray, though it came in the box with a bronze picture and is supposed to be bronze. I actually chose it over another pan because I loved the bronze color, and it was extremely disappointing to be deceived. Information inside the box gives a disclaimer that the pans are all individually produced and the bronze tint is different on each pan, but I have read other reviews stating that their pan is not bronze either. So buy it for the fact that it's Calphalon, but don't expect the pretty bronze color; you'll be as disappointed as I was.

I had a big Calphalon pan that I used almost every day for maybe 7 or 8 years. It was dark gray anodized aluminum on the outside and non-stick on the inside, was 5 quarts big and had 5005 imprinted on the bottom. The non-stick finally wore out and I went searching, trying to replace it exactly. After searching in many places for many months, I gave up on the idea that I could replace it exactly.

Part way through my searching, I did find an Amazon product page that showed a picture of it; I ordered it; received it and was so disappointed when I opened the box--it was a totally different shaped pan from what was pictured.I sent it back.

I went back to searching, this time, when I searched "5005" up popped an Amazon link to this pan. This pan is called "bronze anodized".I took a chance and bought it, hoping that it would be somewhat similar to the one I had.IT IS EXACTLY--except for a bronze-y tint on top of the dark gray anodized--THE SAME PAN.The finish on the handle is a little shinier, I think, but then I'm comparing an old pan to a new pan.

I love this pan because it is so large and because of the unique kind-of concave curve of the sides.Where the bottom and sides come together, there is a distinct angle--not a curve.Nothing ever slops out of it when I'm stirring. The pan distributes heat perfectly and quickly. It is not lightweight, nor is it too heavy to lift (for a big pan.)The handles are well-proportioned and balanced to both help lift the pan when it's full of food and to turn it while it's settting on the cook top.

My old pan never warped, and since this new one is just a variation in color, I assume that it will not warp either. If you choose this pan and in the past only used pans with a curved bottom, you will need to purchase a "stirrer" with a slightly angled bottom: I use a wooden or bamboo one and (as not all wooden utensils are created equal) I search through the selection to find one with a finely-tapered flat end so I can use it like a spatula too.

This pan arrived in a box within a box and showed up on my doorstep oh-so-quick!I couldn't be more pleased.

I got 20 years out of my last big Calphalon nonstick sauté pan and then got a free lifetime warranty replacement of it. So when I wanted a bigger pan, I really looked no further. This one has worked beautifully so far. Other reviewers carped that it doesn't really look bronze, but I really don't care. It's a great pan with a great warranty from a great company.

I ordered this pan to replace another Calphalon pan that I had. When it arrived, I was surprised that it was so much larger than the other pan I was replacing. As it turns out, this was not a bad thing. I made Chicken Parmesan last weekend and the pan was big enough to hold 5 chicken breasts on top of a large batch of sauce. I also love the clear lid. I'm very happy with the pan.

Nordic Ware Superior Steel 10 Inch Saute Pan

Nordic Ware Superior Steel 10 Inch Saute PanI've been on an American made mission for a few years and wanted to replace my very expensive Chinese made Stainless steel cookware with All Clad which is made in America.I buy one pieceof All Clad pot a month on sale and was desparate for a non-stick pan which seemed to take forever to go on sale.My husband and son kept cooking eggs in the regular saute pan and it was a hassle to clean it.I found out that Nordic Ware was making cookware (they are famous for their bundt pans).I checked Amazon and found this pan for less than 1/4 of what All Clad would cost me on sale.I read that the pan was lightweight so I was surprised how heavy it is.I would call itmedium weight and only slightly lighter than my All Clad pan of the same size. The difference is that the Nordic Ware has a hollow handle. It also has a dull, brushed aluminum look exterior (although it is steel) as opposed to the shiny stainless exterior but for what I paid I can overlook it.I'm really happy with the pan and with not having to scour eggs and other sticky things out of the pan.I love All Clad but I'm really impressed with Nordic Ware and it is American made. You could spend two to three times more for cheap Chinese made pans
