Smart Planet CPM-1K Keebler Cake Pop Maker

Smart Planet CPM-1K Keebler Cake Pop MakerI bought this for $5 on clearance at CVS shortly after Christmas. The cake "balls" came out perfectly round and evenly baked. Some tips: take a "practice run" with it first, so you get to know which spots bake more quickly & fill those spots LAST. If the cake "balls" seem to brown more on one side, flip them over as soon as they are baked enough to do so. (I use a small "flipping utensil that came with my George Foreman grill). I used the advice in the booklet that is included, and use my batter at a "toothpaste-like" consistency. I have friends that have more trouble with their expensive cake pop makers than I do with my $5 one ;)

wish it came with more/better instructions besides *cake batter must be thick* ok I didn't have any of the cake batter they listed so I used another don't recommend just cutting down. Also regular frosting is a no go you must have experience at making candy (like truffles) to make a thin coating.Other than that, it is a great gift for the kiddos

Okay I got this for Christmas, and literally it was the only thing I asked for since I wanted a cake pop maker. I used it a couple days after with just a regular boxed cake mix and they turned out awful. They were only half circles. I'm going to get a cake pop mix and hopefully that turns out better

King Kooker CIFP14 14-Inch Cast Iron Skillet

King Kooker CIFP14 14-Inch Cast Iron SkilletThis item is not as pictured, nor is it as described. Although the difference between the picture and the actual skillet I received is immaterial--as mine has a helper handle on the outer end from the pan handle. But the skillet is not 14 inches. It is not even 13. In fact, the box it is boxed in is only 13 inches. The pan is not quite 12 3/4 inches.

I find it amazing that there are no review like this to be read about the pan. But the pan I received was evidently returned by someone else because of this same issue because the box was ripped open significantly when I lifted it out of the mailing box from Amazon. So it was not reboxed to be sent to me to even cover this up.

I just wonder if the seller is somehow able to keep negative posts from showing. I will be calling Amazon if mine does not show.

Instructions to "season" cast iron would have been helpful. Those should be enclosed with cast iron purchases to insure successful use.

Flamekiss 5-piece Cookware Set, 3 Ceramic Coated Nonstick Fry Pans w/ 2 Glass Lids by Amorè, Innov

Flamekiss 5-piece Cookware Set, 3 Ceramic Coated Nonstick Fry Pans w/ 2 Glass Lids by Amorè, Innovative Design & Elegant Looks, Nano Ceramic Coating w/ Silver IonI bought these pans for my sister for Christmas. She liked them very much, so I bought them for myself as well. They are very good pans. The bottom is heavier than I'm used to, so it takes slightly longer for the pan to heat, but once it does, the heat is very well distributed. The nano ceramic coating makes cooking easier in that you need very little, if any, oil. I'm thinking about getting the saucepans as well.

I've purchased other non-stick cookware and everything STICKS!!!Even after "seasoning" according to instructions, everythingSTICKS!!Alas, FlameKiss cookware from Amore Kitchenware, DOES NOT STICK!You don't even have to "season" it!Just wash and use.For the first time, I can fry an egg without butter or oil, and it slides right out of the pan.The cookware also sits level on my electric glasstop range, unlike my orgreenic 12 inch skillet.I'm so glad I purchased this cookware and unlike the orgreenic 12 inch skillet, the FlameKiss 12" comes with a lid as does the 10" skillet.Amore Kitchenware started in 2012, and I'm impressed. If ever the need arises to purchase cookware in the future, FlameKiss will be my first choice.Great product for the money!

Rachael Ray Porcelain Enamel II Nonstick 9-1/4-Inch and 11-Inch Skillets Twin Pack

Rachael Ray Porcelain Enamel II Nonstick 9-1/4-Inch and 11-Inch Skillets Twin Pack, Blue GradientI was very excited about owning my first set of Rachel Ray pans! The color is fabulous and the handle is just the right size with good grip. I have cared to these pans just as instructed; hand wash, low-medium heat, no oil. I was very disappointed when the nonstick finish began to chip off within weeks of use. I'm glad I did not invest in the larger cookware set.

I love my new skillets.I use them every day for breakfast and dinner. So glad I ordered them. Thanks.

Zojirushi EA-TAC35TK Gourmet Sizzler Electric Griddle

Zojirushi EA-TAC35TK Gourmet Sizzler Electric GriddleThis seems to be a great unit. So far it cleans well without chipping, which was my biggest concern when ordering. One small problem is that there is a space between the cooking unit and the base unit which allows food to spill through.

The biggest concern I have to pass on is that this unit is really BIG. The description mentions that the cooking surface is 13.7", but does not mention that the base unit is 18.5" wide, so make sure you have a space to store it. I had to store mine in my oven.

In my experience, the manufacturer, Zojirushi, makes well-designed products with one or more innovative features that set their products apart from others. In this case the safety features stand out.

This large skillet comes in five pieces. The glass lid, the durable skillet with its titanium ceramic coating, the hot plate base, the plastic base in which everything else fits, and the temperature control plug. Everything comes apart for easy cleaning, so even though there is a large gap between the skillet and the base (otherwise it would melt) spills clean easily.

Because there is a large insulating base, you don't need to worry about damaging your counter tops even though the skillet heats up to 480 degrees. The plug cannot be inserted into the hot plate base unless the skillet is in position on top of the hot plate, and once it is plugged in the skillet locks in place. In other words, it is impossible to expose the hot plate while hot unless you specifically circumvent the safety features.

The unit comes with a little metal spatula, so yes, you can use metal utensils on the non-stick surface. The temperature gauge takes a little algebra to figure out, but the dots are set at 40 degree intervals starting from 280 up to 480 with a somewhat vague area labeled WARM.

The surface is large enough to cook and entire breakfast for one. Three medium sized pancakes... a batch of french toast... hash browns on one side and scrabbled tofu on the other. Just make sure your coffee pot isn't plugged into the same outlet or your could trip a fuse.

I also use the skillet for dinners, stir-fries and such. Because of the two-handle design and flat surface, two utensils and a little patience are required to scoop loose food out. I also fry up batches of chickpea cutlets, eight at a time, so I imagine one could fit quite a few cuts of meat together.

When I'm done, I let the unit cool, wash it up and store it in a large space underneath my counters. A full kitchen might have trouble accommodating the skillet, so a few pots and pans might need to be thrown out. Who needs them, anyway?

All in all, this skillet has alienated my electric stove. I use the stove for baking and for sauces but everything else goes into my sizzler.

Well, I needed to replace my old skillet that died. After hearing about the horrors of Teflon and other non-stick coatings that can come off and toxify foods, I conducted research into alternatives. I could not be happier with the titanium ceramic surface of this skillet! I use it all the time and with metal utensils, and it looks just like new. It is soooo easy to just wipe clean. It all disassembles easily so cleaning is not a problem. I saw in another review that there was a crevice food could fall into and not be reachable and I'm thinking that person must not realize it all comes apart. I love the size -just a little larger than most others. I highly recommend this skillet!!!

After just a few uses the surface started to flake off.I contacxted Zojirushi, and was told to return it to Zojirushi (I paid the shipping, $28.40), it was "repaired" and again after just a few uses, it PEELED off.I followed all the instructions and was very particular with it, but... I have several other Zojirushi products that I am happy with, but this one was a big disappointment.

Ditto to all of the raves on here!I use it for one-dish meals, desserts, breakfasts, everything. My child in college heats frozen pizzas in it, having no oven!

Clean-up takes 60 seconds. It slides apart into four parts, three of them washable: pan, lid, silicone base, and the heating element (not washable, but also not soiled). It's the perfect appliance!

I'm headed out to buy the taller d'Expert, to make soup!

Emeril Pro-Clad Stainless Sauce Pans

Emeril by All-Clad E9831864 PRO-CLAD Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Dishwasher Safe 3-Quart Sauce Pan Cookware, SliverI received this pot as a wedding gift about six months ago, along with a Tramontina pot the same size. Both are good cookware, though I find the proportions of this onebetter balanced and more pleasing to the hand. I've grown up using stainless cookware of the disk on the bottom type so I found this pot a pleasant change of pace. It does heat more evenly. It is, of course, quite possible to burn something onto the bottom, as with any stainless pot, but a little scrubbing (of which the brushed inside finish is very forgiving) will quickly get it out. The handle is comfortable to hold, and doesn't seem to get very hot. Overall, a great pot I look forward to using for many years.

This is a great addition to the set in stores which generally doesn't come with a 1 qt pan.We wanted one for gravy and soups and were surprised to find that this pan has a lip around it that makes it easy to pour from the pan without getting the pan all messy.I recommend this product to anyone with the Emerilware set.

Buy Emeril Pro-Clad Stainless Sauce Pans Now

Our family bought a ten piece set of Emeril Pro-Clad Cookware for my mother's birthday, and she is thrilled with it. I've used this cookware and found it to be far superior to everything else. Heat is distributed evenly, the glass lid allows you to see what's going on without removing the lid and losing all the heat and the combination pouring spout and strainer is very convenient. Another nice touch is the presence of two pouring spouts the designer didn't force you to pour from one side or the other. Finally, the aluminum core on the bottom of the pan which conducts and distributes heat so well is completely enclosed in stainless steel, so the injurious effects of aluminum are avoided while the benefits are retained.

I recommend Emeril Pro-Clad Cookware to everyone. It will last you a lifetime and I don't believe you'll ever find anything better.

Emeril Pro-Clad Stainless 1-Quart Sauce Pan I had the rest of the set just needed this pan to complete. Just the great little pan that I needed. The best thing about the Emeril pans is that they have the heavy bottom which retains the heat better and uses less energy when cooking. Thanks for letting me write this review.

I just received the 1 quart Emiril 1 quart Pro-Clad sauce pan.I have not used it yet, but it seems very well made and I have no doubt that it will work very well. My issue with it is that when I took it out of the box is seemed rather small. As a test, I poured four one cup measurements of water into the pot and the water overflowed; not a lot of water overflowed but some did. There is no way that one could cook a quart of food in this pot.As a practical matter, what I received is a 3 cup sauce pan.

Unlike some reviewers, the pot I received is what was pictured in that it does not have a pour spout and it is heavy weight, but as I said, it just is not a quart size.

Circulon Symmetry Hard Anodized Nonstick 6-Quart Covered Chef Pan with Helper Handle

Circulon Symmetry Hard Anodized Nonstick 6-Quart Covered Chef Pan with Helper HandleI have a complete set of Circulon Symmetry and I bought this to complete my set. I use this pan quite a bit because it is evenly weighted and the perfect size for a one pot meal for 2-4 people. The lid is a plus and is very sturdy. I've dropped some of the lids and they have held up to a lot of abuse such as falling off the counter, etc. without any damage. This pan has all the same features as my Symmetry set -----a wonderful non-stick interior and exterior which cleans up with a swish in warm, soapy water and an interior that heats up quickly without annoying cold and hot spots and the lid that fits perfectly that provides a window to observe the cooking process. It even has a small handle that can be used to hang it from a rack, unlike my other fry pans.

The only negative is don't put this in a dishwasher. My Dawn powerpac left a nasty film on my other pans in this series.

Excellent pan, I originally wanted the larger and much heavier frypan with lid, which has a larger base on it.I am extremely happy with this though, itsnon-stick bottom is amazing and the smaller base fits perfectly on our stovetop (not alot of room for enormous frypans). If you do want to brown your meat etc you just need to do it in a couple of batches as the pan is very deep rather than wide.I found the weight really great to handle, I could still pick it up with one hand, whereas the frypan is much heavier and you need to use both hands to lift it.

Shipping to NZ was very speedy and item arrived perfect.

Circulon has different product lines and it is important to make sure you get the chef pan that meets your needs. The Symmetry Chef Pan is designed for more casserole type dishes which you may not want as much surface heat directly touching the bottom of the pan. I make a milk base soup in this pan for example. Really I see it as multipurpose but the Infinite line is what they describe as a more durable chef pan it has a larger surface base. I like both.Stainless Steel encapsulated base, large handles, anodized non stick, clean up is a breeze. Excellent pans both Symmetry and Infinite! Its hard to find a 6 quart in this style of pan it truly is family size.

KitchenAid Gourmet Hard Anodized Nonstick 11" Square Griddle

KitchenAid Gourmet Hard Anodized Nonstick 11' Square GriddleI have been looking for some time for a replacement griddle that would work well on my glass-top electric range. After shopping and reading dozens of reviews on multiple sites, I decided on this "KitchenAid Gourmet Non-stick 11 Square Griddle". The heavy-gauge Hard Anodized construction is very flat on the bottom and heavy enough to sitperfectly level on a glass top burner. It fits our Large (12 Inch)Burner setting on a combo size electric burner perfectly.

The handle is up a little from the cooking surface so it does not get hot and is comfortable with the silicone padding on the underside. It feels well balanced in the hand. It conducts heat evenly and holds the heat wellNO HOT and Cold spots on Medium setting. It's roomy enough for 4 grilled sandwiches, 4 large pancakes or 6 salmon patties, which is what I bought it for.

We are careful to follow the manufacturer's guidelines for use and care. We don't use high heat as it will warp the pan and we let it cool before cleaning. No non-stick spray is needed, just a little oil on the surface before each use and it works perfectly every time. Use lower heat and be patient for it to preheat and you will be happy with the results and the increased longevity of your griddle.

We use silicone spatulas only and we protect the interior when storing with other cookware.

After a long time searching, we are looking forward to many years of happy use with our Kitchen Aid Gourmet Griddle.

Thank you ;oD

This is better than a lot of this same size griddle by other competitors in my opinion and so far it has not warped. It does come with instruction not to place it on high heat though.I think these square griddle are somewhat prone to warpage due to the shape. This one seems better thickness from what I've seen

Earth Pan II by Farberware 10-Piece Nonstick Cookware Set

Earth Pan Nonstick Cookware 10-Piece Set: 1.5-Quart and 2-Quart Covered Saucepans, 6-Quart Covered Stockpot, 3-Quart Covered Saute, 8-Inch and 10-Inch Open Skillets, EspressoIn a previous life I was a professional chef, but now I cook for pleasure. So, trust me, I know how to handle cookware. I bought my set for the environmental and health benefits and because they were marketed as very durable. They are not.

Without doing a little research I can't say for sure when I purchased the set, but my memory says no more than a year ago (perhaps less). I followed the care instructions carefully and diligently; like stacking the pans with paper towels in between them, handwashing only and with a non-scouring pad.

The 12-inch saute pan is rapidly chipping/flaking.The smaller saute pans are also chipping/flaking but not as bad. So too is the skillet. The pots seem to be doing well.Though I use all of the pots and pans equally and I only use teak or plastic utensils.

And as for non-stick I'm not impressed. You're instructed not to use non-stick sprays like Pam or margarine. A little butter is okay. I tried first not to use anything and my fried eggs adhered to the pan like cement.

If I can find the time I will investigate the possibility of some sort of warranty compensation. Otherwise I'll fork over the cash for a whole new set of stainless or hard anodized aluminum.

So, all said, I would definitely not recommend these pans.If you're like me and you're looking for environmental and health benefits along with durability and affordability in your cookware, then do what I'm going to do go stainless steel.

I may end up adding a little more fat to my diet because I'll be using a little more butter here and there, but I've already offset that by switching to brown rice, whole wheat breads and pastas and a little more exercise.

I have been using this set non-stop for over a month.I love it it is the best non-stick surface I've ever used.I haven't had any problem with carbon build-up, but then again, I don't use non-stick cooking sprays I use an oil spritzer. The difference between the two is that non-stick sprays contain soy lecithin which is totally fine and won't harm you in the least, but it builds up on your cookware over time.As long as you avoid these, any non-stick cookware should last you for years, assuming you use wooden or silicone utensils.I love that they are oven safe because the handles are silicone instead of rubber.

We bought these cookware items based on the "green" tag and good reviews. And my wife loved the color.Unfortunately, the bloom soon came off the rose.

The smallest pan, the one least used, was the first to show wear, as the paint started to flake off the bottom. Then the larger pan lost its...non-stickiness.Soon we were forced to scoop items out of the pan, leaving large strips of cooked eggs, fish, or chicken clinging to the cooking surface. We then needed to soak the pan for awhile to facilitate food removal.

Non-stick?I think not.Rest assured, these pans have never seen the inside of a dishwasher, nor have they been scrubbed with anything harder than an orange and yellow plastic scouring pad.No metal utensils either. In fact, the "non-stick" coating, though discolored, is intact. No scratches or dings. It just doesn't work as billed.

And all this in less than a year.
