Revere Polished Aluminum 12-Inch Nonstick Skillet

Revere Polished Aluminum 12-Inch Nonstick SkilletI had a 12-inch T-Fal skillet that was wearing out (was no longer sitting even on the stove, and the teflon was flaking) so decided to purchase a 12-inch Revere Ware skillet.I used Revere Ware skillets a number of years ago and found them to be of high quality. Not any more. When I received the 12-inch skillet I found that instead of perfectly round, it protruded towards the back where the handle attaches. Thus, any lids for 12-inch skillets would not fit. This is a quality control problem, as it was definitely not designed in, based on the unevenness of the protrusion. It was so obvious that I'm wondering if there is quality control done on these. Also the handle did not fit tight but jiggled a bit.On the plus side it is lightweight and it appears to have a good coating of teflon. One surprise is my old Revere Ware skillets were made in the USA.As one might have guessed, these were made in China.Somehow I figured that a skillet having Paul Revere's image on the bottom, along with the year "1801" might still be made in the USA.

I ordered this skillet even with the mixed reviews because I loved the previous one I have had for more than 10 years. This one is definitely not going to last that long. After one dinner use, the handle is already loose. It feels very flimsy compared to my old one.I will use it until it falls apart but I won't be replacing it with another one. This was such a disappointment.I just hope the teflon coating is not going to come apart as quickly as the handle. The teflon coating was the problem with my old one & I had to replace it.I am not getting any more w/teflon coatings & am sticking with the ss versions.

I received this as a Christmas gift along with the 12" lid.It was my first really decent skillet, so I didn't know what to expect, but it has really fared well in my kitchen.I make 1 dish meals for two, chicken parmesean, pancakes, anything really and clean up couldn't be easier. My one complaint is that it doesn't always cook evenly, so I'm constantly rotating. You don't need high temps to get quick results. As for the lid, the handle broke off shortly after getting it, so unfortunately, I need to buy a new one (which seems a little overpriced if you ask me!)But the price for this pan is worth what you get, a more-than-decent skillet for those "just starting off".

I got this pan hearing that RevereWare was a good brand. When I brought it back home to try out, the pan had warped within just a few weeks of using it.After doing a little more research, it seems that RevereWare products USED to be high quality but not really anymore.

I would not recommend this pan to anyone looking to get one.

Revereware used to be really good, now it's made in China and the quality is terrible. This pan was so out of round that my lid would not fit on it. And the aluminum was so thin and cheap. Just a lousy pan all the way around. I promptly sent it back. I gotgreat pan at TJ Max for $25. Amazon shouldn't even sell crappy merchandise like this.

Vinaroz Die Cast Aluminum with Ceramic Coating 28-Cm Fry Pan with Lid and Vent

Vinaroz Die Cast aluminum with Ceramic Coating 28-Cm Fry Pan with Lid and Vent, RedI love this pan, BUT after less than a dozen uses, I've noticed small holes in the ceramic coating! There are already knicks on the rim, and one in the middle of the pan. I can't imagine why, because I only use wooden and non-stick safe spatulas and spoons. I wash it gently by hand, never using anything abrasive. I'm so disappointed because I spent a lot of time searching for this after choosing to switch to ceramic cookware. :(

Nonstick and easy to clean but does scratch very easily.Real Porcelain or ceramic is like glass and would be extremely resistant to scratching.Made in China.UPDATE: After two months of use, this pan nonstick qualities are greatly diminished.I would not purchase again.

Well, if I didn't have to make this 20 words, I'd just say I LOVE IT! Non-toxic, easy to clean, even heat, retains heat, non-stick, pretty, lid is heavy weight with steam vent, what else can one ask? Can't think of one "con". I've had it for about 2 months, and have used it almost daily since.

I absolutely love this pan!!It heats up quickly with lower heat than a normal frying pan.Nothing sticks to it and it cleans up easily with a paper towel. There is no more mess to go down the drain and clog your sink just throw the paper towel away and wash it.I have even cooked bacon in the pan and it came out very crispy.Even cheese doesn't stick to it.It is amazing and I have been cooking for over 35 years.

I purchased this pan because it was large, heavy, and had a ceramic coating. The glass cover is well made and has an easy to grip knob. The fit and finish are excellent. The skillet handle is large and sturdy. In addition; it is deeper than the average skillet which in my case is definite plus. Clean up is easy and this skillet heats evenly. It is not quite as "stick free" as a teflon pan but the difference is minor. The ceramic coating should last indefinitely. After using this pan, I would never purchase another teflon pan.

Mauviel Cookware: M'Heritage 250C Copper-Stainless Round Fry Pan

Mauviel M'Heritage M250C 6504.30 11.8 Inch Round Frying Pan, Cast Iron HandleI love this pan. It's incredibly versatile. I use it instead of a straight-sided saute pan (many cooks don't like to do this but it's my preference). The 12 inch copper pan weighs a ton and is not ballanced for tossing food ... so don't think of this as a larger version of your 10" fry pan. It's best sitting on the stove solidly, with you turning the food in it with tongs or a spatula.

There's plenty of room to make a pan sauce, and I like having sloped sides for this--easier to get into the corners with a whisk or spoon. It's also my all time favorite pancake making pan. It heats evenlyfrom center to edge, which is a pretty good trick for a pan this large.

Being copper, it's every bit as responsive as you'd expect. The feeling of control is addictive. You'd have to be an arsonist to burn anything in this pan. But in spite of its quick heating and cooling nature, it does a nice job of browning meat--even big pieces. Not as aggressively as heavy cast iron, but I have no complaints. It's also a perfectly capable roasting pan. I've roasted everything from chickens to vegetables to pork tenderloins it, usually at 500 degrees. Cleanup can be a drag after this, but such is life when you roast with lots of fire. Only drawback is that handle is long, so it will take up much more than its fair share of the oven.

And then there's price. Copper is up ... these have gone from expensive to outrageous. I think you'd have to consider it a luxury unless you're loaded. The good news is that there's no reason to have a huge set of copper. For me I just have the ones that I saute or make sauces in--this, and a couple of sauce pans. My 10" fry pan is aluminum, and much better for tossing food than even the 10" copper pans. And it costs a quarter as much.

Anyway, if you're a fanatical cook, appreciate a versatile pan that does it all well, and are feeling burdened by too much currency in your pockets, I can't recommend this highly enough.

The copper conducts heat beautifully and the stainless interior really lasts. Things stick to the bottom which is then deglazed with wine or broth. Expensive but worth it.

I own many different fry pans in various materials. This one seems to be able to take the most abuse with the least amount of worry. At super high temperatures, my stainless steel pans may warp while my cast iron ones may burn the food (in my opinion, cast iron can sometimes be a little TOO good at retaining heat.)As with all of my 2.5mm gauge copper pans, I find that it is more difficult to burn food in them.I'm pretty sure this is because of the fast response and even heat distribution properties of copper. They are very forgiving pieces of cookware. Also, because of the thickness, I have never worried about it warping.I have made my very best fond in this pan the stainless interior creates the perfect "stickiness" required for caramelization.Alternatively, I've also been able to make "sticky" recipes using very little fat with great success at removing said food with no problems (I once made a huge hash brown using shredded potato in this pan with very little oil started on the stovetop and finished in the oven and had NO problems removing it from the pan.)

I have an electric stove and not being able to switch to gas in my building, I decided to test the pans from Mauviel to see if they can give you the balance and control of gas on an electric stove. They do. Simmers are now easy and you can actually control the increase and decrease of heat to the pans with quickness and precision. I can actually say that these pans make electric stoves function better than gas. The simmers as an example do not require constant adjustments. Do not be too concerned with food sticking to the pan because of the lack of non-stick on these pans. With the use of Pam spray and oil you have a non-stick surface, I have removed omelettes from the pan by just tilting the pan. Skip the Pam spray and use oil only and you can have perfectly created small bits of caramelized flavor called fond. My wife did not wanted to use them at first but they worked so well that even her is a believer. These pans will make you cook food as it was meant to be cooked, with absolute control of the entire process. Additionally they look superb on a wall rack and will last generations.

Le Creuset Forged Hard Anodized Skillet Set

Le Creuset Forged Hard Anodized Skillet SetI love Le Creuset products and this one is no exception. When the box arrives, you will see that it says 30 CM/11 3/4" inches in diameter. While under the actual pan itself it does say 12" inches as the Amazon description states, measured, the actual cooking space is 11 3/4". Also, it is not mentioned anywhere on the box or instructions but going on the Le Creuset website, I found that both the pan and splatter guard are made in China. For those that prefer an American/European made product (as I do but it is hard nowadays to not have an Asian made product somewhere in your home), this may not be for you. The construction of the pan is great. It is heavier than my 13" All Clad Stainless Steel non-stick pan and I love the fact that this pan is thicker than any other pan in its class. The sides are 1/4" in thick which results in superior heat retention with no hot spots. I have used Anolon, Circulon, All-Clad etc and (with the exception of select cast iron cookware) no other brand that I have seen/used makes their product this thick. I use induction and this pan heats up so quickly, that high heat is not necessary and use of high heat voids the warranty. For those of you that like a pan that you can start on high right off the bat, stay away! The pan is oven compatible to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and you can purchase a glass lid for this pan for $25 on the Le Creuset website. The splatter guard is solid and not flimsy resulting in a perfect job of catching oil. The instructions say metal utensils can be used, but scratches coming from using metal utensils void the warranty. Also, there is a seasoning process that is done prior to you using the pan for the first time and for those that like to use the dishwasher on their cookware, it is advised to do this seasoning process after every dishwasher cleaning session to maintain the non-stick.

We use this set almost daily, and it is the best skillet and screen I've ever used! Le creuset hasn't disappointed yet

This pan is ridiculously non-stick, and thicker than my cheap teflon pans. This causes the pan to retain heat better and cook much more evenly.I also can't imagine that it will warp with the stainless steel bottom.I have a (warped) T-fal saute pan, and the lid fits nicely on this skillet.

needed a large skillet and a new splatter guard.this does the trick.distributes heat well and cleans up beautifully.the dual opposing handles are a good idea; otherwise, i probably wouldn't be able to lift a full skillet.my only disappointment is in trying to find the lid that fits it.it needs both a lid (preferable see-through) and a splatter guard to be the perfect product.

Simply Calphalon Nonstick 5-Quart Saute Pan

Simply Calphalon Nonstick 5-Quart Saute PanI usually work with a 5 qt saute pan for the workhorse nonstick pan in my kitchen, and I don't usually spend a lot of money on them figuring that they aren't really going to last too long anyway. The last one I got was about twenty bucks from Costco and it did ok.When it finally died, I went looking for a new one.I found this on sale someplace and remembered that America's Test Kitchen liked the Simply Calphalon Nonstick 10-Inch Covered Omelette Pan, and figured it was worth a shot since it was from the same line.It was more money than I'm used to spending for this item, but I got a nice deal on it, so I went for it.I have been very happy with it.I love the big 5 qt size as I can make just about anything in it.

I love the helper loop as that makes it much easier to move the pan when it's full of food. Also, the handle, helper loop, and lid handle all have some silicone on them, so you can handle the pan even when it's hot.The handles do get warm, but I don't usually need to get pot holders.

The other thing I love is that this pan can go into the oven to 400 degrees. My only wish is that it could go all the way to 500 degrees.(I recently noticed that another pan from Calphalon can do that: Calphalon Unison Slide Nonstick 12-Inch Covered Omelette Pan, which I got for my son.But I really like the size and shape of the 5 qt saute and they don't do the Unison Slide in that pan at least, not yet.If they do, I will get one!)

It's heavier than my prior (cheaper) pan, but not too hard to handle.

It cooks nicely...everything I've made in it has been good, and I use this pan several times a week (I've had it for about a year now).It shows no sign of wear at this point but I do take care of it: no dishwasher, no metal utensils, etc.

This pan came with a 10 year warranty, I believe, and the Unison Slide I got for my son came with a lifetime warranty.

This is a great all around pan if you are looking for something larger than a fry pan.Great for larger meals. Not as heavy as regular calphalon which makes it easier to move around.

This pan has excellent silicone molding on all handles that keep them cool even when cooking with oil for long periods of time.We had an older Calphalon Saute Pan where the Teflon surface had worn off and it was a nightmare to clean. This non-stick surface is excellent even burned food doesn't stick. The pan diameter is large enough to use our second-largest diameter glass-surface electric stove burner so the pan heats quickly (and the burner doesn't continually shut off).I highly recommend this pan.

I was dumb and didn't try it out before the day of the party, I figured its just a pancake pan, I know how to make a simple pan cake! Well after one pancake the bottom of the pan came off onto pancake, it is definitely not NONstick. I tried three more pancakes thinking maybe I just cooked it too long, the results got worse and I ended up having to cancel pig pan cakes as an entree. I was very disappointed and angry at how cheap this pan is made.

Lodge Enamel 11-inch Skillet

Lodge Color EC11S43 Enameled Cast Iron Skillet, Island Spice Red, 11-inchThis handy little skillet is actually a HEAVY WEIGHT! It has the durability of cast iron, and the convenience of non-stick coating. I hesitated when ordering because I have had teflon skillets that would flake after a while, but this is not like the non-stick of old. It has a 25-year limited warantee!

Since I have an electric stove, it took some time to learn how to adust the stove because it retains the heat so well. I finally started turning the stove off the last 10 minutes or so. That works great for me. Also, if I'm cooking a steak, I sear it good on one side, turn it, and finish cooking in the oven at 450* for another 10 minutes. That's another thing I like...the fact that the skillet can go right from the stovetop to the oven. Careful, because the handle does get very hot, and also the skillet is HEAVY because it's cast iron, but it's a good heavy!

After using this skillet I can state that it has all the features of the French Le Creuset line at a quarter the price. No need to say more than that.

If you like using cast iron cookware you will be well served with this line of Lodge Enamel which however, unlike the original made in USA products, are now made in China. Though I prefer to buy American, I am so satisfied that I went ahead and ordered the Lodge Enamel 10 inch Grill Pan as well. These products have an enamel coating on both the outside and the inside surfaces and, unlike the original Lodge products, require no seasoning.

Cast iron cookware works extremely well on induction plates as the temperature can be adjusted in very fine increments and the entire pan heats evenly through magnetic induction without any hot spots. The combination of cast iron and induction yields great results.

Four stars instead of five as the inside enameling should be applied in a thicker coat to better hide the casting grain.

Buy Lodge Enamel 11-inch Skillet Now

This product is a nice idea but designed and executed poorly. You would be far better off buying a regular cast iron skillet and "season" it.I bought this pan thinking that the inner ceramic finish would make it a breeze to cook with.In fact, the "Use and Care" instructions that come with the pan make no mention of it needing any seasoning. The only recommendation was to use a little oil to prevent sticking.Don't get me wrong; I love my Lodge Dutch ovens. The quality of the ceramic finish on the inside and outside of the Dutch ovens is extremely smooth and provides a very stick-resistant surface. That's how I was suckered into buying this pan. Boy was I in for a surprise. The food surface finish is very rough. In fact, it looks exactly like one of their "pre-seasoned" regular cast iron surfaces, maybe even rougher. The first time I tried to fry some eggs in it (and they were literally floating in oil) the eggs stuck down so badly that I had to rip and scrape them out of the pan.So now I have an expensive, yet worthless frying pan that I have to be really careful about putting into water when it's hot and dare not put over a strong flame (such as a campfire) that has a "ceramic finish" on the cooking surface that is way, way, way, worse than a properly seasoned regular cast iron pan.No thanks.Sometimes you win by buying the cheaper brand (Lodge Dutch oven vs. Le Creuset) sometimes you get stung.

Did extensive research before buying this skillet. Knew that there were some unhappy folks out there, but also figured there are ALWAYS people ready to give negative reviews about anything whatsoever. Plus, I'm pretty careful and conscientious in the kitchen; I'm not going to go banging this pan around.

Today makes one week that I've owned this pan. After using it all afternoon to make bechamel sauce on medium low heat, I noticed that there's a chip in the enamel, where the handle meets the body of the pan.

This pan has never seen high heat. It's been babied for the whole week I've owned it. And it's chipping.

On one hand, it WAS only 1/3 the cost of a comparable skilled by Le Creuset. (Trying to remain upbeat, here.)

On the other hand, there really is no excuse for this. I can see chipping after a year... or even six months of heavy use and occasional carelessness. But come on.... one WEEK?

It's disappointing. I wanted so badly to love this pan.

I guess I'll use it as long as I can and never get another Lodge ceramic enamel product. I wouldn't recommend this product to my friends. Or even to my enemies.

Well made. Useful size and weight, although it could be just a little larger in diameter. This thing gets really hot and holds that heat for awhile, as you would expect with cast iron. However, it would have been nice if designers had provided some insulating material around the top of the metal supports for the wood handle. Really need a glove when using this to avoid coming in contact with the very hot metal handle supports.

It's round, it's firm, and it's fully packed! Consequently it was delivered in fine condition. You can tell it's a bacon press because it has a raised relief pig on it. Without the pig it would just be a press. And we all know that the press is biased these days. Whereas a bacon press should be unbiased. And this one is nicely flat, with ridges on the bottom to promote appropriate grease expulsion during the cooking process.

I had carefully selected this item based on extensive measurements of my main bacon frying implement, "Old Reliable". Old Rel is a 10 inch cast iron frying pan of uncertain provenance. Amazon.com carried three bacon presses, but this one would make a perfect partner to Old Rel, based on the principle of similar diameters.

I seasoned the bacon press according to directions. I must say that the seasoning directions did not work. After following them twice, the bacon press still had a raw cast iron smell to it. The directions appear to be a compromised attempt to season the bacon press without having to burn the handle in a hot oven, or take the handle off. I may need to remove the handle and submit the rest to the fiery depths of my oven for an extended time -suitably anointed for the ordeal (the bacon press, not me). Meanwhile I shall endeavor to persevere, and hope that over time the succulent bits of bacon fat will provide the perfect seasoning through normal use.

I lay the cold strips of bacon into the cold frying pan. I turn the heat on. I lay the bacon press gently over the bacon. I wait. Soon, the sizzling sound begets an odor, and the odor a salacious longing for my favorite breakfast treat. After several minutes of cooking (and longing), I lift the bacon press. Lo! There be flat cooked bacon! As if by magic it transfers to a plate already draped with paper towel for drainage. The bacon cools and dries for 60 seconds. I admire the bacon's flatness, its planarity, evenness, flushness with the plate. The bacon isflat as a pancake, flat as a fluke, flat as a flounder, flat as a board, flat as my hand! But my rapture ends as I cannot stand it anymore. I devour the bacon! And it was good. (No cast iron taste.)

Stay tuned for further adventures in pressed sandwich land!

I enjoy using it. It browns the top of what you're cooking as well as the bottom, at the same time. No need to turn over. It's also light enough for me (my choice), others might want a heavier press. The wooden handle doesn't get hot, unlike the more heavier models with metal handles.

Scanpan CTX 12-3/4-Inch Covered Chef's Pan

Scanpan CTX 12-3/4-Inch Covered Chef's PanI stumbled over Scanpan CTX cookware as I was searching for a replacement for my venerable cast iron skillets (seem to be getting heavier!). My test piece was a skillet, and it worked so well I bought several more pieces, including the Chef's pan. This piece sits permanently on my induction stove top, and is used for just about every meal. It heats quickly and evenly, it sears my chops and it simmers my sauces. In three months use I have not found anything to stick; I often clean it by pouring in some cold water with a drop of soap, turn on the induction to for a few seconds to warm it and run a dishcloth around, rinse and dry. My All Clad pans never get used any more. Quite pricey, though, I'm hoping that in a few years time I will look back on them as an investment.

OK, after three months, Ihave to say that the frypans now stick! Even with a starter of butter my two omelettes stuck to the pan.

It heats a little slowly but once it gets up to temp it COOKS.You must watch the temp so you do not burn anything once it does heat up.IT's not good at browning anything but it's GREAT at your normal cooking.Nothing will stick -EVER!

We splurged on one of the basic sets from this Scanpan line a couple years ago, and have no complaints about them. They are really good pots and pans which provide excellent heat transfer from flame to food, allow the proper amount of steam off when cooking anything--thanks to the two little holes in the side of all the lids--and clean up is a breeze.

This larger pan is my favorite, though, after eyeing it at Sur le Table one day and then finding it on Amazon. I love the size and use it more often than any of my other pans. Before this, I used a large iron skillet when I needed something larger, and I still like my big iron pan for certain things, like frying bacon, but nothing else beats this large pan with its see-through lid. I imagine they will all last for decades and are well worth the price tag.In fact, with all my great Scanpans, I have continued to be more and more creative in the kitchen, meaning we eat out very rarely these days, so it has already more than paid for itself.

Anolon Nouvelle Copper Hard Anodized Nonstick 12-Inch Open Stir Fry

Anolon Nouvelle Copper Hard Anodized Nonstick 12-Inch Open Stir FryThis is a very larger pan, perfect for Stir Frying as it is intended. The quality is exactly as you would expect from the Anolon Nouvelle Copper line excellent. The pan is fairly heavy so it's a two handed pan once you have anything in it and as I said it will hold a lot.The one review mentioning scratches must have either received a bad pan or accidentally used fairly aggressive utensils as our experience has seen the same durability as our other Anolon Nouvelle Copper pots and pans and we have a bunch. It is true that in direct light you can see very faint telltale signs of use but I would not characterize any of these as scratches. My only complaint is this pan did not come with a cover the Anolon "Advanced" Wok does come with a cover so I am suffering from cover envy but I'll survive.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this wok, but I was very pleasantly surprised. It is extremely easy to wash and it appears to conduct the heat nice and evenly.

This is a good nonstick Stir Fry Pan. I just wish it would come with Cover. I purchased one Universal from Wal-Mart for $ 9.00 it fits good but this type of Pan should come with it.

KitchenAid Gourmet Hard Anodized Nonstick 12-Piece Cookware Set

KitchenAid Gourmet Hard Anodized Nonstick 12-Piece Cookware SetThe absolute best set of pots and pans.I have no regrets or buyer's remorse whatsoever about this phenomenal set.Completely non-stick, easy to handle, perfect pour spouts and wonderfully fitted lids.If Kitchenaid were to ask me for a critique I would only say that I wish the sauce pans and stock pots were more wide rather than tall.Other than that the pieces store easily, clean well and are my go-to for everything.I highly recommend.Quite frankly, I doubt even higher end sets could compare to the functionality, look and usability of this one.

I bought these lovelies right before Christmas and given Kitchen-Aids high reputation thought these would be excellent...false.The skillets are tiny, the pots are tall and narrow and despite never washing them in the dishwasher they are still very discolored.Save your money and invest in something a bit more high-end.Just my 2 cents.

Only complaint and the only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that that they seem to stain easily on the outside. Other than that they are awesome and cook perfectly!

I bought this set of cookware in late spring, and I just love it. I cook with gas, and I can turn down the flame to almost nothing and still maintain a nice simmer. It cleans beautifully, though it can't go into the dishwasher (which isn't a big deal). My only complaint, if it actually is one, is that it needed a 12-inch skillet, but I ordered that today. I will use these pots and pans for years to come.

The first time I used the large covered sautee pan I was shocked to find a number of scratches on my cooktop

My husband and I could not imagine how the scratches came to be there as we have always taken care of the ceramic top. this is not a new cooktop and had never been scratched before

Upon turning the sauce pan over we found a sharply etched logo on the bottom of the pan.We have used several of the other saucepans and one of the frying pans without incident, but there is no doubt that the 3 qt sautee pan did leave a deep scratch on our ceramic stovetop.

I now hesitate to use any of the larger pots from this set.

Viking Nonstick Fry Pan

Viking Nonstick Fry Pan - 9.5 inthis is the best skillet I have ever owned.I've been using this skillet for about a month now and find it to be the best. The height and angle of the handle is great. The handle never gets hot.The pan itself is nonstick and supposedly dishwasher safe (I still haven't put it in the dishwasher, I always hand wash it).The only issue might be that it's too heavy to lift with one hand for some people.

I was in love with this pan when I first got it for all he reasons the others mention. Great weight and angle on the handle, cooks evenly and truly non stick. However, I question how long the reviewers have had their pans before rating it. I've had mine a little under two years, and it's barely any more non stick than my plain stainless steel pan. I've never used metal utensils on it and there are no visible scratches or flaking, it just doesn't work as well. I've put it in the dishwasher but it says it's dishwasher safe, and I have burned a few things on it at times, but don't feel it should damage the pan to this degree.

I still liking Viking for stainless steel and other cookware which will last a lifetime, but it's just not worth shelling out $200 every two years for a non stick.

Viking's Belgium-made cookware is fantastic. It is build to last for generations and is designed to look and function superbly. The 13 Inch Stainless Steel Non-Stick Fry Pan is great if you need to cook for many people because it heats very evenly, non-stick surface is top notch. It is heavy, but it has to be with multi-layer steel and coating. Don't confuse with China-made cookware! Highly recommended, like all Viking cookware.
