T-fal Simply Delicioso C1071164 Nonstick Dishwasher Safe Hard Enamel 11-Inch Comal Round Griddle Cookware, RedI was skeptical about ordering a non-stick surface griddle for health concerns, however, when I read the description of the surface that was provided with the packaging, I was very pleased.This product is next-generation non-stick, and is not a safety hazard in the the way the old-time non-stick was.The griddle itself is a work of art, especially the part that makes contact with the stove, so I hang it on a hook with the bottom facing out, and it looks like modern, Mexican art hanging in my kitchen.Plus, the griddle works great with my ceramic cooktop stove.

I love this pan!!!! It makes wonderful crepes, just what I wanted. I would recomend the wonerful pan to everyone. Seller was great.

well, I grew up in Russia and am used to crepes being buttery...but with the excellent frying pan you dont really need butter... ironically it makes my favorite dish not as appetizing...go figure... but the pan is very nice

I use this pan for everything!It's the right size for 2 or 3 people. Easy clean up, even heat. Pancakes, french fries, any kind of saute.Highly recommend.

Chantal 10-Inch Copper Fusion Fry Pan, Chili RedI bought a GE induction range & wanted something a little lighter than my cast iron cookware, so I bought this as a test for Chantal's Copper Fusion cookware. Overall, I am pleased. Many previous reviewers were unhappy with the non-stick coating. I have not had the same negative experience. I pre-coat the pan with a cooking oil spray each time I use it. When done, eggs will pour right out of the pan. A valid criticism in previous reviews is the pan size. I have a Calphalon 10" tri-ply stainless steel fry pan. The Calphalon pan top rim i.d. measures 10", while the Chantal pan measures 9-1/2". The Calphalon pan bottom cooking surface diameter measures about 8", while the Chantal pan measures about 7-1/2". I have not yet found a cooking lid that properly fits the Chantal pan. I used an infrared temperature sensor to measure the temperature on various points of the pan's cooking surface. There was a difference of only about 20 degrees F between the center & outside rim of the cooking surface. This was a lower variance than the Calphalon pan, which registered cooking surface outside rim variation of between 20 & 50 degrees from the center. The Chantal pan is heavier than the corresponding Calphalon pan but, with all the enamel, I expected that to be the case. Although the Copper Fusion line is a little pricey, I will probably purchase additional Copper Fusion cookware based upon the performance of this pan.



It is heavy, pretty and best of all, non-stick as long as you cook properly. I used it make pancake, stir fry meat or vegi dishes, scramble eggs (of course you should add oil and a little water), etc, and it never had a problem. Its handle is very comfortable to hold; it stands out easily in my kitchen and already replaces several other pans that I owned. Strongly recommend it. It is your wise investment.

This pan was supposed to be a healthier and revolutionary version of non-stick pans which often release chemicals into the food as they break down. It has been recommended by several well respected chefs.I have now used this pan for a month and followed the directions diligently.Yet every single time the food has stuck somewhere on the bottom of the pan whether its an omelette or a pan roasted fish.Chantal Copper Fusion10 Inch Fry Pan, Chili Red The worst part is that it is difficult to clean the particles off even with a hot water and soap soaking. The coating on the pan was supposed to make this simple. It did not.I am still waiting for the company to respond to my email since they do not have any "live" person to talk to the customer. A big disappointment that was also not cheap.

I hope someone else doesn't pay 'that kind of money' for what they think will be a non-stick pan.That is a joke!!Oh, it

seems to be well made, heavy to lift, but there's nothing special about it beyond that.I'm very disappointed in it!

I gave this pan one star because it has a nice look to it. The first time I used it at medium heat the food stuck to the pan. I said to myself this is impossible, so a second try and again the food stuck, this is again on medium heat and using a little oil. This might be the worst non stick pan ever!!

Ballarini Rialto Try Me Fry Pan, 8-InchI've been using this pan for a little over a decade now and the non-stick coating has yet to chip or crack. This feat in and of itself is amazing because I don't take every good care of any of my cookware like I should. My pan has been dropped too many times to count, thrown in the dishwasher almost every time, scoured when particularly tough food is stuck on, and has been scraped with forks and spoons when cooking. There are only thing that has ever stuck to my pan is when I cook scrambled eggs, but even then I just let the pan cool and most of it scrapes away. Overall I'm very satisfied with the product and will be buying a bigger fry pan as soon as my college budget allows :)

Great Product and will order a larger one in the future. No oil is needed and eggs cook up perfectly.

Berndes Tradition 11 inch Saute PanThis has become my favorite pan. I use it for everything. I use it for making eggs, cooking pancakes, browning meats, stir-fry everything. It is the perfect size for one-skillet meals. The lid fits perfectly and makes it much more versatile. It is heavy enough that it cooks everything evenly. I have not been particularly careful with it, and so far I have not scratched the non-stick surface. I have used it at least onece almost every day for over a year. All-Clad Stainless 12.5-Inch Chef's Pan Lid

All-Clad Stainless 12.5-Inch Chef's Pan LidThis might be a long-winded review, so bear with me.

Looking at the lid on it's own, it's a fine lid. It's metal, shiny, and domed -pretty much everything you want in a lid and more! The problem is that it doesn't fit what it's supposed to fit. Before you assume that I'm simply making a mistake, I'm basing this on advice that All-Clad itself gave me.

So we have an All-Clad chef's pan that was missing a lid. Doing some Internet searching, I came across the "All-Clad Lids & Covers Guide" on the MetroKitchen website, which indicates this lid fits the "All-Clad 4 qt. chef's pans, including Copper-Core." I measured the pan, and it's 12 inches across. Well, this lid description says 12.5 inches, but I figure with the lip around the edge of the lid, it was going to be a match. I filled the chef's pan with water, and it held *exactly* four quarts. This had to be the lid for our plan, right?

Nope. The lid is *just* a little too big... probably half an inch too big. D'oh! It's not like All-Clad makes a dozen slightly different styles of chef's pans, so it was odd and disappointing that this didn't work out. So what happened?

All-Clad seems to think that I was sent the wrong product. I emailed them a photo of my pan, and they confirmed that yes, I have one of their chef's pans, and yes, this lid should fit. It's not like "3914" or "3914RL" is stamped anywhere on the lid, so I can only go by what the company and the invoice says. To quote All-Clad customer service:

"The pan you have is indeed the Chefs Pan and the lid you purchased is the correct lid for the pan. It is possible that the wrong lid was sent to you but the 3914 RL does fit the Chefs Pan. As stated before we haven't changed the shape or size of the Chefs Pan."

MetroKitchen happily accepted my return, but they weren't too helpful otherwise in helping me helping me find a domed lid that would fit my chef's pan. We can use one of the flat lids from an All-Clad fry pan, but having the domed lid would have been really nice. If I can find a retail store that stocks replacement lids, I'll give it another go, but I'm not going to waste any more money on shipping on this endeavor.

I still gave this lid two stars because like I said, it's a fine lid... just not for it's stated purpose.

Calphalon Contemporary Stainless 8-Inch Omelet PanI don't know what the other reviews are about, but this pan isn't advertised with a lid.Most 8-12 inch pans don't come with lids.However, if you buy the VERY inexpensive Calphalon Contemporary Stainless 2 quart chef's pan from Amazon (which is an amazing deal) that lid fits this pan perfectly.I actually have 2 other lids from other Calphalon One pots/chef's pans that fit this little guy.

The weight is nice.Perfect for small portions.Cooks evenly and clean up is very easy.I love this thing and I am using it just as much as my 10 inch pan which gets used very frequently.

If you follow the instructions to preheat the pan, things don't stick.I've used this pan several times a week since I bought it some months ago, and the only time I had anything stick was when I didn't let the pan get warm first.

Other things I like about the pan are that it is easy to clean, the handle stays nice and cool, and it has a nice balance/weight to it.

The negative reviews based on the absence of a lid are misleading.There is no claim made in the description that the omelet pan comes with a lid.The skillet comes with a lid, yes, but not the omelet pan.(Most decent omelet pans don't come with lids.)

Bayou Classic 7432, 12" Cast Iron Skillet

Bayou Classic 7432, 12' Cast Iron SkilletUnlike most pans today and even some cast iron skillets, this one just feels solid and is quite heavy.

The best part of this was that the skillet is not pre-seasoned. I've had to search high and low for one like this. The ones that are pre-seasoned have that cheap feel to them.



Placed the skillet on stove and added oil and the skillet cracked and oil went every where.I've cooked with iron skillets for 50 years and never had this to happen also baked with them.The oil made a very big mess to clean because it was all over the stove.After the skillet cooled the crack closed up inside the skillet but on the bottom it was still there.I'm not very pleased with the skillet.

I cannot recommend this skillet at all. On the very first usage, a crack formed on the side. It seems very cheaply made and I am returning it for a refund.

Basically I love cast iron and needed a 12 incher.Got the Bayou one and was sorely disappointed at the lack of quality.Literally, chunks were missing along the top (sealing) edge and even the bottom inside edge.Plus grinder marks are clearly evident in about a third of the middle of the pan.Goodness only knows what defects were ground off there.But if they re-worked those they had to see the other voids.Won't return, not my style.But likely won't use either.
