Cirulon Infinite 11-Inch Open Skillet

Cirulon Infinite 11-Inch Open SkilletWe decided on the Cirulon Infinite cookware after looking at a lot of other brands. The quality and versatility makes this affordable (a relative term, I know) line of cookware a great value. After 6 months of heavy use, we are more than pleased with the durability and performance.

* Very Thick Bottoms Allows for even heating of cooking surface

* Great Nonstick Surface Really nonstick, no issues at all DO NOT use nonstick sprays or "heavy oils" as these will ruin the nonstick properties (read the instructions)!

* Requires Less Oils We were able to cut way back on the amount of cooking oils we use

* Durable

* Oven Safe

* Dishwasher Safe

*Important* Follow the manufactures instructions and you will have great results.

Highly Recommended!

The pan arrived in two days. Packaging was more than adequate and prevented damage during shipping. When removing the packaging I was surprised to find a sticker stuck to the bottom of the pan directly on the cooking surface. It was one those stickers that are a nightmare to remove.

After soaking with soap and hot water with poor results, it finally took using Goo Gone three times to remove the sticker residue. Soak heavily in Goo Gone overnight then remove with a soft sponge and very hot water.

I called Meyer, spoke to Martha in customer service, and asked why Circulon would place a sticker smack dab in the middle of the cooking surface. I was told that Circulon would continue placing stickers on the bottom of their pans. Martha was prepared to offer a list of remedies to help remove the sticker, including the use of peanut butter. I would never think of using peanut butter.

So, after no more sticky residue, I get to use the pan. By now, I want to hate the pan and Meyer, but the pan works very well. After cooking eggs multiple times, they rarely stick bad enough for the yolk to break. Most items do stick a little but nothing serious. The pan is very easy to clean. It is one of the better non stick pans I have used. I am far more pleased with the non stick abilities of Circulon than Calphalon and I would happily purchase more of these pans if it were not for the sticker issue.

By the way, the sticker reads : The only nonstick cookware that is dishwasher safe (or close). They need to make a pan that is sticker safe.

==========

One week now and cannot cook bacon/eggs without both sticking. I rarely have bacon stick unless I am cooking in cast iron. In the Circulon, the bacon will stick so bad it adheres to the bottom of the pan but will release after it is cooked more. I cannot cook an egg without it tearing apart. Still cleans up easy, but not as easy as a week ago. Stuff seems to deposit in the circles.

Spoke with Uniqua(sp) at Meyer about the pan. She feels the sticker residue and my attempts to remove it are why the pan is sticking so bad. Its been a week. If Meyer feels only certain means should be employed to remove the sticker then they should include this info in the packaging instructions or perhaps an additional sticker on the pan. 'Remove Me With Peanut Butter' She suggests that I return the pan since it is still under warranty. I was told there is no way to purchase another pan without a sticker. Corporate wants the sticker on the pan. I will return to Amazon instead of Meyer. I do not want another Circulon pan because I do not want to deal with the same problem again.

Any non necessary item included in final production that can lead to customer dissatisfaction and potential returns is a poor business decision and certainly not cost effective. Either move the sticker to a non cooking surface or eliminate it.

I love the Infinite Circulon line of cookware.I own the big set.I wanted something that would hold more than the 10 inch saute pan that came with the big set, so I order the 11 inch skillet. It is actually SMALLER on the bottom than the 10 inch saute pan.I think its going to hold less total volume and be easier to spill from.If you have the big set you don't need this skillet unless you really want the sloped sides instead of the straight up and down sides of the 10 inch saute pan.So my real frustration isn't so much with this skillet, which is an excellent skillet, but in the inability to tell what size a skillet really is. Returning the thing as heavy as it is will cost me too much to bother with.(Note:I ordered it from Cooking.com where they went so far as to call it 11.75 in., even though Circulon calls it 11 in.)

This skillet has every convenience and works beautifully. The best part is that it's fully dishwasher safe. I don't have many skillets that I can just pop into the dishwasher.

I feel I should comment about the handle. If you're accustomed to a skillet with steeper sides or non-metal handles, be aware that on higher flame the handle *does* get hot, just like pro cookware. If you handle your skillets while cooking, I suggest using a handle cover or towel to avoid burns.

Edit to re-review this pan after nearly 3 years: I have used this pan several times per week for nearly 3 years and it has held up beautifully with absolutely NO non-stick surface loss, wear, or scratching whatsoever. I wash this pan in the dishwasher and use it just as I would a normal non-stick pan, using only safe utensils, etc. Very, very high quality!

Porcelain 12" Non-Stick Skillet with Lid

Porcelain 12' Non-Stick Skillet with LidI love this pan.I have never owned such a versitile piece of cookware.I love the feature of being able to use it on top of the stove and in the oven. There is a limit in the oven relegated to 350 degrees, but that covers a lot of recipes.I love this "Everything" pan!

Mauviel M'stone2 8229.20 Frying Pan, 8-Inch

Mauviel M'stone2 8229.20 Frying Pan, 8-Inch

The 8-inch, nonstick skillet is an often used pan in my kitchen.I use it for quick, little meals such as a grilled cheese sandwich, a burger, an omelette, even for making pan sauces.I usually buy good quality skillets but try to get them on sale for around $20-40.I think that may be why I go through them in about 2 years.Although this one is more expensive, I believe that it is worth it.Mauviel is a French company that has been making kitchenware for many years and they are used by tons of professional chefs.

I thought that this short video of the Mauviel frying pan in action might be helpful to potential buyers. Thanks for looking!

Awesome little breakfast pan. Great for a single serving of eggs, scrambled or over-easy, sunnyside-up.

However, I bought the pan for omelettes. It is a little too small and the sidewall slope is too abrupt for the ideal rolling action required for classic French omelettes. I am going to go with the next size up and I think that ought to do the job.

Nevertheless, this is an extremely well made piece of cookware.

The first few months this pan was marvelous. After about 4 months of use, fried eggs started to stick in a certain area. There appears to be a manufacturing flaw in the non stick coating.Since this product is over 30 days old, we now have to go through the hassle of returning it to the manufacturer.Thankfully, due to the price, proof of purchase and UPC were saved for such an issue.Hopefully, the manufacturer will stand behind the product as promised. However, they did not respond to our first email inquiry.

1-20-13

They stood behind their product.Customer Service was helpful and courteous.I was offered a replacement or a store credit of equal value. This time I went with a stainless steel interior pan.To date, the product performs as expected for superb browning and pan drippings.

Calphalon Triply Stainless Steel 12-Inch Stir Fry with Cover

Calphalon Triply Stainless Steel 12-Inch Stir Fry with CoverThis is a great wok. I own Calphalon nonstick cookware, knives and am very happy with the brand.I saw this wok on Amazon and bought it to replace a brand-nameless nonstick wok that I bought on a whim at a discount store. Despite what a prior reviewer said, I found this wok to be of good quality. The lid has a substantially thicker rim and is heavier than the glass/metal lids on my Calphalon nonstick set. The wok itself is not too heavy (which is why I bought it) and is big enough to make a meal for 4-6.I found it heated well and I was able to cook on a gas burner just-under-medium heat and my wok heated quickly and cooked the food quickly as well. I generally don't put too much heat under my woks (unless the recipe requires it)as I would under my other stainless steel pots as the wok always seems to cook very well with little heat. So I had no problem with hot handles as my burner was not that high. When I was done cooking, I left the remaining food in the wok as I ate dinner and the food did not stick to the sides as I have had happen with other woks.It was easy to clean with a non-scratch sponge hours after I had finished cooking.

Its been a week since I started using this pan and I absolutely love it! This was my first transition from non-stick to stainless steel, and so I was very uncertain about how the experience would be, whether stuff would stick and I'd have to use a lot of oil. However, its been much easier than I expected. From the get go, I followed other users' suggestion to heat the pan thoroughly before adding oil or any other ingredient, and it has worked very well for me. I've cooked all our family meals for the past week in this pan and its been great! Highly recommend it.

Buy Calphalon Triply Stainless Steel 12-Inch Stir Fry with Cover Now

It is a well-designed and sturdy wok. I have gone through several nonstick woks by T-Fal and Calphalon.I have destroyed them all using them at high heat. This Calphalon pan is very sturdy and handles the high heat. However, even with preheating the pan before putting in the oil, I find that the food still sticks to the bottom of the pan.I think that like other stainless steel pans, it doesn't distribute the heat as well as aluminum pans or even a traditional carbon steel wok. Also, it came with a nice sturdy glass lid.I wish the lid had came with a hole to release the steam.

I am satisfied with it though. It is easy to clean.I would not recommend washing it in the dishwasher--it will scratch the outside surface of the pan.

This is a high quality pan!! You don't need to worry about the coating falling off. It is not really sticky if you pre-heat the pan as instructed. Very nice!! My favorite pan now.

HIC Brands that Cook Essentials Stainless Steel Spice Spoons, 6-Piece Set

HIC Brands that Cook Essentials Stainless Steel Spice Spoons, 6-Piece SetThese are very heavy, all one piece (no welds) spoons which I believe will last forever. If the set included a 1/2 tablespoon it would be perfect.

I had been looking for a NICE set of measuring spoons designed for my spice jars for some time. These are working out perfectly. The handles are a little bit longer than normal measuring spoons, the metal is strong quality, not flimsy or thin, which allows for some scraping of clumped up spices (which is common during the humid months), the bowl is tapered for easy cleaning, no crevices to deal with, and the measurements are precise. The price was great too! I bought 5 sets, one for me and a set for each of the ladies I work with, and they ALL LOVE them! Made for a super nice gift without spending a ton. Great value, great deal!

Easy to wash, easy to use, completely unbreakable. If you appreciate quality this is probably a good way to go.

I will never again buy measuring spoons or cups that have the handles welded on, because they invariably break off at the welds, making me wish I had spent more money on a better set. These are one piece construction, made of thick stainless steel, thus I expect them to last the rest of my life -and several additional lifetimes as well.

The slim design allows them to fit into small jars, unlike typical round spoons, and this makes it very easy to measure directly from the jar too, rather than pouring into the spoon from the jar and then spilling some of the ingredient.

These are not highly polished like the 'designer' type of spoons so they are not for show.Instead they are for usefulness. You would be hard-pressed to find a more useful set of measuring spoons.

Want HIC Brands that Cook Essentials Stainless Steel Spice Spoons, 6-Piece Set Discount?

These are very sturdy measuring spoons that you can feel in your hand. The sizes are stamped into the handle in English (and the simplistic Metric system as well). A bonus is that they fit into your spice jars (unlike the big round plastic spoons which have the sizes wear off after a time).

Paula Deen Signature Porcelain Nonstick 6-Piece Cookware Soup and Stew Set, Red Speckle

Paula Deen Signature Porcelain Nonstick 6-Piece Cookware Soup and Stew Set, Red SpeckleThis pot is so beautiful that if you leave it out on the stove, it looks like something a Better Homes & Gardens photographer would put out in a shoot on to-die-for kitchens. (In my kitchen, the pot is the only magazine-worthy item, but hey, it's a start.)

I was afraid that beauty would mean it was lacking in cooking ability, but it's nice and solid and thick enough to easily and quickly boil a potful of water for spaghetti, to make a big batch of sweet potato corn chowder, and most importantly, it can handle chili.

I've never before owned a pot the right density and shape to make decent chili.I like to use fresh tomatoes and keep the sauce from getting thick and gloppy like canned chili, so for years I've accomplished this by simmering the dish in the microwave for an hour or two on extremely low settings. While my stove (which is fancy enough to be in a magazine article but never clean enough) has a snazzy "crock pot" depth burner, without this pot, the sauce still thickened too much unless I hovered far more than I want.(If I have to check something more than every 30 minutes, preferably 60, I'm unhappy.)

I won't leave my microwaving ways behind me that's a no-hover situation and produces great chili butusing this pot makes it even better. I can leave it safely simmering without worry and easily taste test and tweak the spices now and then, producing the best Tamara's Infamous Chili con Carnage possible. What's even better is that I can put the pot out and let people serve themselves because it's so dang attractive. (Okay, I did that anyway, but it wasn't terribly attractive.) In this pot, you don't even see all the splotches and drips I've left on the outside of the pot since the finish is perfect camouflage for chili.

AND this is a big AND the handles have never required potholders this includes picking the pot up to dump boiling water and noodles through a colander. That's a big fat first for me. It's extra cool, too, since I rarely can find my potholders and normally rely on my husband's freakish ability to latch onto hot stuff and not let go.(Yeah, baby!)

The wooden spoon that comes with the pot is quality, and the three little "ingredients" bowls round out the set making it a perfect gift, too. At least if you can give it up after you see it. . . I couldn't.

All in all, five unburned thumbs up!

This cookware is WONDERFUL!!I wish I had seen the big sets before I started buying one piece at a time!I realize now that I was sorely in need of new cookware! And SOOOOOOOOOO glad I went with Paula Deen's!!

Love this set. I bought it to add to my other Paula Deen items and it is perfect. Wonderful for cooking just about any item that needs more space. The spoon that comes with it is NICE really nice heavy and well shaped. The little bowls that come with it are ok not sure what I would use them for but there's nothing wrong with them I just have other bowls I like better. I wash it by hand and use only wooden, plastic or silicone utensils and it's still looking great. I have found that if I place the lid on it I can get water to boil at much lower temps on my electric stove than I could with my old pans. The handles also stay cool to the touch which is really nice and convenient. All in all I love this set and use it all the time.

I'm getting a lot of use out of this large pot.I haven't used the spoon or little bowls that come with it yet.I like that the lid is clear so that I can see at a glance how things heating up within are looking in the pot.

What I like best of all is how very much cheaper this pot is than others I checked out that can hold the same volume of food. Also, the pot is a nice, warm cheerful color.

de Buyer Steel Frying Pan, Made of Heavy Quality Steel

World Cuisine Carbon Steel Frying Pan, Dia. 15-3/4'If you want a pretty pan to hang from your pan rack, this pan is not for you.

If you must stick your pans in the dish washer because you wouldn't think of cleaning them by hand, this pan is not for you.

If you would never put a pan away with even a drop of oil still evident, this pan is not for you.

If you always scrub your pans spotless because you can't stand any sign of prior use, this pan is not for you.

But...if you are the type of cook who is looking for a pan that you can fall in love with because she will perform like no other pan and you are willing to caress her just a little in return for the favor, then you have found your pan.

i have mine for about three months now and absolutely love it.I have used several ridiculously expensive nonstick Scanpans and also have several All-Clad 3-ply and 5-ply pans and none of them can perform as good as this inexpensive De Buyer.All-Clad stainless steel pans are great, but sticks like superglue.Scanpans do not last anywhere as long as advertised. The de Buyer is nonstick like a good old seasoned cast iron while being easier to handle. It heats up fast and evenly. It does rust and require more maintainence and care compared to other pans, but the extra work is definitely worth it.

If you enjoy cooking and are serious about your pans, this should be a valuable addition to your kitchen.

The pan really does caramelize the food, respond well, etc.Almost seems to be able to concentrate the stove's heat, which is great if your stove isn't super powerful but you are trying to cook big portions. It feels very "real" to have these things in the kitchen: they aren't glitzy (they get ever less glitzy over time), but they are serious pans.

Really like this wok with its flat bottom. It is large enough to make up stir fried veggies for several meals and then freeze them.I can reheat them for a quick fix great meal later. The instructions for seasoning its surface were easy to follow.

Sandwich Maker

Sandwich MakerWhile this particular product does as described, make sandwiches, the locking mechanism fell out the 3rd time I used it.Easy enough to fix, but it should not have happened at all. I'll keep it only because it was inexpensive & I can fix it.But when it comes to purchasing another, I would look for a different style.

Lodge Logic L10SK3BS Boy Scouts of America Pre-Seasoned Skillet, 12-inch

Lodge Logic L10SK3BS Boy Scouts of America Pre-Seasoned Skillet, 12-inchThis skillet is made with the typical Lodge quality and attention to detail. While I'm sure that it is functionaly identical to the regular 12-in skillet, the Boy Scout emblem on the bottom makes it stand out.Perfect for the campsite, back yard BBQ, or the kitchen.

It arrived with a broken handle. As you can see in the picture, the handle is a little samll for a heavy skillet like this one.But no problem, I packed it up, returned it, and a replacement was received considabily fast!(for super saver free shipping, Amazon probably lost money on this purchase for sending the heavy skillet 3 times (original, return, and replacement).Great service Amazon!

I had no experience using cast-iron cookware prior to this one but I consider myself and pretty good cook.I did a lot of reading and research on cast iron, and gave this a try.It works great! The pre-season coating worked as promised.I use it to prepare steak mostly and the result was nice.I am still experimenting and adjusting cook time as this piece works differently than any other cookware I had before, but I like what it can do so far.I have seen the same skillet (except for the boy scouts logo) selling cheaper at Walmart. But for something that heavy, I can understand the extra cost even just for shipping.I have not seen one with the boy scout logo anywhere and I think it looks a lot more handsome that the regular one.Combining the 2 factors, I think the extra few dollars was well worthed.

Ever since I have the skillet, I am constantly watching for good steak on sale from the local georcery so I can do more (rewarding) experiments.

This is a second one of my cast iron Lodge pans. I am very happy with it, as it proved invaluable in my kitchen. Thick cast iron provides even heat throughout the pan, without cold spots or hot spots. I don't have to use high heat to get amazing results. True, I do have to use both hands, but this is a minor inconvenience (and I get a workout). I suppose gradually I will replace all of my fancy non-stick aluminum pots and pans with those made in the USA by Lodge. They are not only "as good as", they are "better than", when it comes to cooking performance.

Cuisinart 55-10R Advantage Nonstick 10-Piece Cookware Set, Red

Cuisinart 55-10R Advantage Nonstick 10-Piece Cookware Set, RedI paid $49 for this set on a Friday sale, and at that price it's a good deal. While the pans are not as heavy and durable as Circulon Commercial, they are comfortable to use, they cook evenly, and they clean up easily. The lids are excellent. The two large lids are interchangeable and fit the 10" skillet as well as the stockpot and saute pan. (Unlike a prior reviewer, I had no difficulty peeling off the stickers.)

I am now looking into contacting Cuisinart about the set I bought last December. The first set we got started shedding its non-stick cover within 2 weeks.Amazon promptly replaced it with another one. Now, a year later, I have thrown away all items except frying pans because of the same issue.Even though this set looks good, it does not have the quality to last more than one year.

I once thought that I would buy a more expensive set once my children grew up and left home but now that I'm older they are too heavy for me.This set is light enough not to aggravate the arthritis in my hands and sturdy enough to stand up to daily wear.

I bought this set because it was a good price. I did not think that I was going to be the happiest with the "red" color, but as it turns out, it is a deeper, richer color than the picture portrays. The pans feel nice and heavy (not as heavy as a much more expensive set) but very nice for the price I paid. The non-stick surface is just that non-stick and easy to clean. The bottom of the pans is the part I like there are no "hot spots" to burn my food as I am cooking. I do have a husband and teenaged son who are hard on things but so far these pans are standing up to their abuse. For the price, I would definitely recommend these.

Camp Chef True Seasoned Aebleskiver Cast Iron Pan

Camp Chef True Seasoned Aebleskiver Cast Iron PanThis is an awesome Aebleskiver pan.Very solid, and non-stick starting with the very first batch. The pan distributes heat very evenly, resulting in perfectly round golden balls which are delicious I used some of the recipes which came with the pan, and added various fillings in the middle (chocolate chips, finely chopped apples, Japanese red bean paste...etc).Great value for a pan which will last forever.

I saw aebleskivers made on an episode of Diner's Drive-Ins and Dives and they looked really good and like a fun breakfast idea for the kids.I Watched several Youtube videos on the subject to see what style of pan I should get since there are several out there to choose from. This style looked best and was well-reviewed on Amazon so I ordered it. The price was very good for the quality and the pan was well-packed and arrived quickly. The fact that it came preseasoned allowed me to use it right away.I bought a bamboo "stick" to turn them but it definately is NOT as easy as it looks on the videos I saw.Forget about trying to turn them 4 times!I add a bit of butter to the each depression and then quickly add the batter before the butter gets too hot and burns.Once they start to cook you have to wait until just the right minute to try and turn them.Too soon and you'll just poke holes through them.Too late and they will be burned but I've found that it takes longer than it seems like is should before they are just right and ready to be turned.I could try a hotter pan to reduce the cooking time but that would increase the rick of burning. When the one side has cooked enough they easily come away from the edges of the pan.Rather than try to turn them 4 times I turn them completely over just once. They still come out round and it is MUCH less of a hassle.I've experimented with adding apples which was delicious and blueberries which was also good.I sprinkle them with powdered sugar when I put them on the plate and then dip them in syrup as I eat them. I've also seen people sprinkle them with cinnamon and sugar. The whole family loves them.I've been using Krusteze pancake mix to make them and it works great.Actually tastes different than a pancake made with the same mix.Overall, this is a great pan and makes a really neat breakfast dish to impress your family and friends.Just remember, practice makes perfect when it comes to getting them "just right".

Although my family on my Mom's side is Danish, and I spent a lot of time on the farms in Iowa as a kid, I had never had an Æbleskiver until about 3 years ago, at a family reunion. My cousin, who was doing most of the organizing of the trip, had said we would have to have Æbleskivers and Medisterpolse.I didn't have a clue as to what she was talking about. She said she would buy me a pan, so I could make some too.Well, I was game for that.

Anyhow, to make a long story short, I got the pan, learned out to make those delicious little pancake balls and have enjoyed them ever since.Making up for all those lost years.Unfortunately, I lost the pan.I don't know how.I don't know where, but I lost the pan.

So, on to my favorite on-line store, Amazon.com.And I found this pan.I just got it today, and it is perfect.Just like the one my cousin gave me.It is pre-seasoned, so it's ready to go.Some of the other pans I saw, the little holes didn't look deep enough, and some of the pics showed rather flat looking "balls".Æbleskivers are supposed to be ball shaped, not flying saucer shaped. This one will do the trick. The holes are deep and when you flip these things, they are going to come out the way they're supposed to.I also read of some being small, and so I compared the size, and some did look to be small. This one is a perfect fit over my gas stove.

Unfortunately, I'll not be cooking any until at least next weekend, but I am certainly looking forward to more Æbleskivers in my new pan.

Recommended purchase.Oh, yeah, I'd recommend Æbleskiver and More: A Sampling of Danish Recipes to go a long with it.If you're going to pay shipping on a $22.50 pan, you might as well get something for it, and that book has a lot of neat recipes in it.

Unfortunately, this pan is made in China.Since Chinese manufacturers find a way to adulterate just about everything they make from children's toys (lead), to food (carcinogens & chemicals), to drywall (noxious odors), to hardware (poor materials and casting), I am not willing potentially to gamble my health by cooking on this pan.I don't know if cast iron itself can be adulterated in a manner that would cause it to be unhealthy, but if there is a way, some Chinese manufacturers would do it if it lowered production costs.Certainly the coating used for the factory "pre-seasoning" could.Even if there are no health issues, if poor quality cast iron is used, a pan may heat less evenly and consistently than it would with high-grade cast iron. Moreover, cast iron made in China and sold under Paula Dean's name was recalled because it was cracking or shattering when exposed to heat.

In any event, the pan was returned. I purchased in its stead a reasonably priced 1950's-era Griswold brand pan at an online auction which is well-made (in the US) and has a much smoother surface which makes it easier to season. It also has some character as well. The Lodge Pro cast iron Aebleskiver Pan is Made in the USA Lodge Pro-Logic Cast-Iron Aebleskiver Pan, but the casting is, in my opinion, very rough much rougher than the cast iron in the 1950's Griswold pan. The Aunt Else Cast Iron Pan is also Made in the USA Aunt Else's Aebleskiver Pan & Mix, but I have not seen one and thus cannot speak to its quality.

For those not deterred by the Made in China label, the casting on the Sante pan seems consistent and the finish of the product is without metal burrs. The pan is relatively heavy, which is a plus from the heat retention standpoint. The actualpan dimensions are not listed in this Amazon page or on the Sante company's website (Camp Chef), so I list them here for those wishing to compare pan sizes as: 9 1/4 inches in diameter, 1 1/2 inches tall with aebleskiver "indents" or depressions that are 2 1/8 inches in diameter and about 1 1/4 inches deep in the middle.

Lastly, if you want to make Aebleskiver the proper way where the result is a round, puffy ball rather than a slightly puffed, patty shape, do an internet search for an online video made by the Solvang Restaurant which will walk you through the process. In essence, it consists of making four, partial turns of the Aebleskiver.as the Aebleskiver is lifted a bit and turned partially, the batter flows down to make that part of the ball.Ignore the rest of the videos out there that shown a single flip of the Aebleskiver unless you want a non-traditional, flatter, slightly denser product or you want to use a filling that would run out into the cup or mold with multiple, partial turns.

Circulon Contempo Skillets

Circulon Contempo Hard Anodized Nonstick 12-Inch SkilletI was really just looking for a non-stick pan and didn't expect much more than that. But this pan makes cooking faster, easier, and possibly taste better. You really need little oil or butter to cook with, so it could make food healthier too.Great pan.

I've owned the 12" pan for well over a year.Initially, I liked it very much, and it sat perfectly flat on my glass-top stove.Since then, the bottom has warped, although the pan has never been abused and gets only light-to-moderate use. That probably happened because the metal is quite thin, which makes for a lightweight pan, but also for one that will deform through use.Had I posted a review shortly after I purchased the pan, I would have given it the four or five stars that the majority of others here gave it.As things stand now, I award it two stars instead of one only because its non-stick qualities are good and have held up well.

It is not recommended for the dishwasher but it is a true non-stick pan and distributes the heat evenly in the pan itself.Excellent quality.

The frying pan is just the right size for single use. The sides are high enough to prevent spillage and nothing sticks!

Circulon pans are the best I have ever owned.I initially bought the 2-pack 8-inch and 10-inch and was so impressed just had to buy the 12-inch, as well. We've now tried everything from omelets to refried beans. These pans heat quickly and evenly, and clean with minimal effort.
