It is my habit to read reviews submitted by amazon customers because I have found them to be so informative. The current set of cookware we were using we received as a wedding gift 20 years ago. Miallegro 6007 MiArepa Maker
I plugged it in and proceeded to heat the Arepa Maker as indicated. Meanwhile, I mixed the arepa meal as usual and filled every space and closed it to heat up.My whole family was observing the cooking time (I set it to 15 minutes) in anticipation.Taking out the arepas once they were cooked was easy and hassle-free.
Surprise, surprise: The exterior was cooked to perfection, nice and crunchy, and the meal inside was totally cooked, also to perfection.Big applause, everyone took an arepa and filled it with grated gouda cheese. You should have been there to hear all the Uhhhmmms and Ahhhs!
Did 2 more batches (family of 6 hungry men) and the results were always the same.I have since been using this Arepa maker twice or more a week, and I am very satisfied with the end result.
Perhaps the only issues that could make this Arepa maker better are:1.Make the Round time setter more rugged, for better grip.2.Put a bell so that it rings when it's done!
Our sons plan to buy the Miallegro Arepa maker, to use it in college. They love it! I love it!The shape of the arepas in this thing is great, nice and thin, and it cooks fast too. There are only 3 cavities that I would consider to be "regular size" arepas (same size as other 4 cavity units), the other 4 cavities are considerably smaller (maybe 65% the size of a regular arepa). The good part is the heating system, from a cold start, I had 4 arepas ready in approx 10mins, its got plenty of heating power, also the arepa molds are a nice shape, very flat on top and bottom, not dome shaped like other units. There are a few flaws with this unit that I think are deal breakers though. The main one is the latch, it is made like junk.On an arepa maker, the latch is very important, as it keeps the plates in tight contact with the arepa so it cooks quickly and evenly. The first time we used the unit, once it started heating up and the arepas started to expand a little bit, the pressure broke the latch retainer, which is a thin piece of very brittle plastic that is designed for high temperature (but cracks like it is made of glass). The other weak point is the blue knob on top, its really a mechanical timer that turns the heating on and off.Very sloppy and low quality.Overall this thing is built like &*#@.The unfortunate thing is that most of the better made units (ie Oster 6 cavity, Bene Casa 6 cavity, etc) are really unavailable at the moment (no one has stock and doesn't know if/when they will ever get more), so this thing is pretty much one of the best large unit currently available (I've heard the IMUSA has issues where it does not cook fully, the Brentwood is not as good as the oster), and there are not many other choices which is really sad because I could not honestly recommend this unit.

My daughter in law is from Venezuela and she makes us arepa's when we visit. We love them. I was making them on a griddle but it takes really long. I ordered this arepa maker and it is great. It cooks them faster and works perfect. I love it. This seller was super to order from. Can't say enough about them and the arepa maker.Order yourself one. I ordered through Amazon. This product is cheaply made. It makes nice thin arepas but I used it maybe 7 times only and the knob broke. It smells terrible when its heating, releasing what smells like toxic fumes. The saying "You get what you pay for" well describes what you get when you buy a Miarepa. I do not recommend buying this. It went to the garbage bin.My family love the new arepa maker. I got a little bad critic from the other arepa cookers for not making them the old fashioned way but my kids can easily make them and is quick and ready to eat. It is also easy to clean! I'd recommend the Arepa maker to anyone who loves Arepas and it makes a great gift for the holidays!Old Mountain Pre Seasoned 10107 10 1/2 Inch x 1 3/4 Inch Square Skillet with Assist Handle

The shape of this pan is excellent. I had been looking for square flat bottom pan to replace an older Wenger that has been in the family. This one seemed like a winner. It is not a bad pan, but has two issues.
1. It does not hold seasoning well.Even after high heat lard seasoning the seasoning did not last very long.I only cook breakfast foods and sandwiches in it, nothing acidic.
2. The size is deceptive in a bad way.It does not hold four sandwiches at once like the smaller, less flared pan I used to use.It also has trouble with full strips of bacon.
I really wanted to give this pan more stars as it performs very well, but the above items are annoying enough to merit the loss of stars.I like the product very much and it is basically as described.I will say that I didn't realize it would require more seasoning. That is probably reasonable; I just didn't know it.It arrived quickly and am really enjoying using it, but I think it will take time to achieve the slick patina a well-seasoned skillet has.
Lodge Logic L5SK3 Pre-Seasoned Cast-Iron Skillet, 8-inch
I recently added two of these 8" skillets to my collection. I had been eyeing them for my daily single-sized omelets (I plan to wait until the skillets are a bit more seasoned before attempting to cook eggs in them), but every day I think of countless new uses for them. They are perfect for:
a single, perfect grilled-cheese sandwich
heating up last night's left-overs
sauteing baby portabella mushrooms as a side dish for dinner
skillet creme brulee or blackberry cobbler with ice cream for dinner guests each guest gets their own perfectly-sized skillet
quesadillas
huuuuuge, perfectly-shaped sourdough pancakes, made one at a time (or two at a time if you have two of these handy skillets!)
crepes
tapas... get several of these for several types of tapas and serve right in the skillet
French toast for one
baked brie
individual-sized frittatas or quiches
skillet no-knead bread or cornbread
and so much more... I really wish I'd known about these when I was single. I would have eaten so much better! But, they come in so handy as junior companions to my 12" workhorse skillet and my two-burner reversible grill/griddle, I am happy to make up lost time with these little gems.
At $10 and change, I recommend you purchase as many as there are members of your family. Or if you're single, buy two... so you can impress dates by serving individual-sized appetizers or dessert! Then ask for two more for Christmas, so you can add a fun, gourmet twist to your dinner parties.
As with all cast iron, even though this is pre-seasoned, it's a good idea to season it again yourself before using. Generally you don't use soap or detergent on cast iron (and NEVER put cast iron in the dishwasher!!), but when I first get a new piece, I hand-wash it with hot water and a tiny drop of mild dish soap. Dry it thoroughly with a dish towel... then, to remove any remaining water that has been absorbed, put it on the stove or in a hot oven for a few minutes so that any remaining water will evaporate.
Then, coat with a *light* coating of grapeseed oil or organic vegetable shortening. Turn the oven on 400 (or higher, if you dare!) degrees. Put your new skillet into the oven upside-down and line the bottom of the oven with aluminum foil to catch any drips. "Bake" for 1-2 hours. Turn the oven off, then leave the skillets in all night to cool and solidify. Your skillet will have a deeper hue and glossy sheen that it didn't have when you bought it. This will make it a bit more naturally non-stick. The more you use it (or if you want, you can repeat the above seasoning process), the more non-stick it will become.
With proper care, cast iron will become your most well-loved cookware. I'm so excited to have added two of these 8" skillets to my Lodge cast iron collection and can't wait to come up with even more uses for these adorable, super-handy little skillets!I cook for myself, so this little skillet is the perfect size for 3-egg omelet in the morning, or veggie saute for dinner. I am a small to medium sized female w/ skinny arms, but this skillet is not too heavy so I can still lift it w/ one arm. It's not really non-stick because the eggs won't easily slide off the pan like they would from a good new non-stick pan, but it's much much better compared w/ my stainless steel skillets. As long as you soak the pan in water after cooking, by the time you finish your meal, the food residue can be easily washed off with a brush or sponge. I use a nylon dish brush with hot water and cleaning is very fast and easy. I never use soap or steel wool. Leaving a bit grease on acts like re-seasoning. This is the same way I take care of my carbon-steel wok. The only complaint I have is that the handle is way too short. The skillet is relatively heavy but even with my small hands it still feels as if the handle only fits half of my palm, so it forces your hand to hold it really close to the hot pan really bad design. Though I use it everyday and find it indispensable, the short handle alone is why I am unwilling to give it a five star rating.

After struggling with a set of three regular cast iron pans from a different manufacturer, I finally boxed them up for Goodwill.I never mastered the seasoning part of cast iron usage.I ended up with a sticky residue and one pan rusted. After about three attempts of scouring and reseasoning, I gave up and ordered three Lodge Logic Pre-Seasoned skillets.
It is fanstastic. It worked like a charm with the first use -no problems with sticking at all.I actually smiled while making my burger! My cornbread was also back up to Southern standards thanks to my 10-inch pan.
The 10-inch works well for cornbread and frying.(Actually cast iron is the only way to make good cornbread.) I use the 8 for single burgers. The 6 I bought out of habit, but it also works well for single burgers.
Clean up is relatively easy.Wash with hot water; Lodge does not recommend using soap.Dry thoroughly.I then heat mine on the stove top, turn off the heat, add a tablespoon of oil and use a paper towel to spread the oil on the entire pan inside and out. After the pan cools, I wipe away any excess oil and store the pan.
For anyone who wants a head start on leaving heirloom cast iron pans, I strongly suggest this product.

I own 2 of these little pans, 1 of them for over 30 years & the other had been my mom's for many years beyond that.Had I known back then what I know now (how many times have we all said that?), I would have bought mostly cast iron instead of all the other cookware. It does take a little time to properly care for cast iron but it's sooooo worth it to me.These cast iron skillets turn out a great grilled cheese sandwich, too!Just use a lid on the pan & be sure to cook only on medium-low heat.Several years ago my mom gave me a wonderful recipe (see below) to make cornbread on the stovetop in the 8" skillet using a lid, flipping the cake over once the batter looks almost done to cook the other side. You have to use 2 spatulas to flip it (the reason for using the 8" skillet).I tried flipping a 10" ONCE & found it takes a better woman than I to get that right! This technique makes a more moist & better cornbread according to my DH & me. Another added benefit is that you don't have to heat up the oven/kitchen.
In a small bowl, mix 1 cup of **self-rising white or yellow cornmeal, 1 Tbs. sugar (optional). In a separate small bowl, whip 1 egg with fork & stir in 2/3 cup milk.Add egg/milk mixture to cornmeal.Stir together just until all is moist.Melt 1 to 2 Tbs. shortening in skillet over medium heat.Sprinkle pan with cornmeal (not too thick) stirring to brown it.This will give you a crustier side.Lower heat to medium-low & add batter to pan and cover.Check batter & once it's looking a little more done than a pancake would, flip the cake using 2 sturdy nylon spatulas.I prefer to cover after flipping & it will be done in less than 5 more minutes. For crustier bread leave lid off after flipping.**Or use regular cornmeal with 2 tsp. aluminum free baking powder, 3/4 tsp. salt in place of self-rising I'm sort of guessing at these amounts as a replacement for self-rising.
If you'd like to read my method of seasoning cast iron, go to the Lodge Biscuit pan and read my review there.Lodge Logic Pre-Seasoned Drop Biscuit Pan
My DH laughs at me because of my admiration of raw cast iron, enameled cast iron and how I care for them.I now have 2-10", 1-12", the biscuit pan, muffin pans, as well as the Lodge Pizza Pan.The pizza pan makes a wonderful crust. If we have left over pizza, we melt butter in one of the larger skillets over medium heat.Put 2 or 3 slices in & cover with a lid.Reduce heat to medium low.It will take just a little patience but it will taste as if it were fresly baked. You'll probably stop warming pizza in the microwave.

Another reviewer mentioned roasted potatoes.I agree, this is the perfect little skillet for a single serving size of potatoes.Try this recipe for a late night snack:
1 baking potato
2 or 3 unpeeled garlic cloves, (optional)
1 pat of butter
Shredded cheddar cheese
Olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Wash potato and cut in half lengthwise.Cut the pat of butter in half and place in skillet. Put a potato half, cut side down, on top of each piece.Lightly coat the garlic cloves with olive oil.Place cloves in skillet.Place skillet in oven and bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes or until tender. The cut portion of the potato will brown and crisp.Remove potato halves and garlic from skillet.Carefully remove garlic skin. Make a slit in the cut portion of the potato halves.Add garlic if using and season to taste with additional butter, salt and pepper.Top with cheddar cheese.
I make this in my 8 inch cast iron skillet a lot. It's the perfect size for single serving meals and snacks. It also makes the best hash browns and since it's not that heavy and already preseasoned, you can flip the hash browns like the pro's!
The 8" and 6" cast iron skillets are also great for tapas. Set them on trivets and serve right at the table.
T-fal SW6100004 EZ Clean Nonstick Interchangeable Plates Sandwich and Waffle Maker, Black
The removable plates was a major reason for selecting this waffle iron.I'm very happy with how easy it is to wash the waffle plates since they can be soaked in water or put in the dishwasher.
(With our previous waffle iron, I spent a lot of time trying to get it clean, which I was never able to do satisfactorily with a paper towel or sponge. It would get sticky from the oil and extra things like bananas that we added to the waffles...and it seemed gross to wipe it off and put it away in the cupboard like that).
The quality of the waffles seems very good.My kids like it when we make extras and then they can heat them up in the toaster for a quick hot breakfast on a school day.Waffles with mini chocolate chips are their favorites.
This waffle iron does not have a light or timer that will tell you when the waffles are done. But that is not a problem for me -as soon as I pour the batter in, I set my stove timer for three minutes and that is just the right time for my waffles to cook. The waffle maker heats up again for the next batch very quickly.I had debated about whether we really needed a waffle iron, since we could always make pancakes. However, making waffles is much easier than babysitting pancakes that have to be watched for bubbles and flipped. Those three minute intervals can actually be used to do other kitchen tasks -without worrying about burning the breakfast.
I've only made sandwiches a couple of times...and my family seemed pleased with the sandwiches, both their nice appearance and that they were cooked very well (much better than if they had been fried in a pan).We are looking forward to trying a variety of new hot sandwich recipes.

I purchased this one to replace a cheaper one we bought years ago.The other one still works, but we have not used it in several years because we can't sufficiently clean it.This one makes pocket sandwiches and waffles, but I bought specifically for the sandwiches. The plates easily remove for cleaning.Only attempt to remove them after they have completely cooled.Although this unit was about twice the cost of the cheaper one that can be found on Amazon or locally in stores like Wal-mart or Target, I completely recommend this one because it can be perfectly cleaned while the cheaper one cannot. My old one still has cheese baked onto the unit from several years ago.Trust me when I say, aged cheese is not always the best...LOLThis is a great sandwich toaster, the best thing is the plates are removable, that makes them easy to clean. They are oversized to fit regular bread with lots of stuffings. Makes great stuffed sandwiches. Put some butter on top and bottom to make them crispy. I havent used the waffle maker yet, but I am sure it works well. I was surprised there werent many sandwich makers in the market as small griddlers/grills, just a handful.. so choosing this was easy. Enjoy.. cheers. The EZ Clean Sandwich and Waffle Maker, is the best product I've ever had, I use it every day and it's like magic, nothing sticks to it and very easy to clean, OF course Tefal are really great products, won't need to buy another brand anymore. Thanks again Amazon
Chef's Design 20-Inch Double Burner Reversible Grill/Griddle
Update 3+ Year of usage and still loving this.It remains super easy to use and clean up.It does a great job with pancakes, grilling during the winter and anything else we have tried to cook on it.I highly recommend this!
I used this more before I bought the Cuisinart Griddler (the Griddler's plates are diswasher safe, my two favorite words.)I think the key is to adjust the temperature.Start on medium but as the food cooks, lower the temperature to keep juices from burning.I do not suggest it for marinades that contain a lot of sugar because the non-stick coating is delicate. If you do burn something, immediately after cooking, turn off the heat, leave the grill in place and pour water on it.Use a nylon scrub brush to loosen as much food as you can as the water steams.Dawn Power Dissolve works if things burn on it, but do not leave it on for a long time because it will damage the coating.
A bonus is that it really does thaw foods fast too.
Great product if you treat it well.

I use this grill in my apartment, where I have a small (UGLY) range.I have it permanently covering the left side of my range, which works great for me.It's SO easy to clean. The nonstick coating is just as good, if not better than other commercial grill pans.It sets on top of my range like it was built to be there.Even when it is not in use it looks decorative.
As for actually cooking with the grill, it is simple!A few squirts of cooking spray, set both burners to medium-high... you have a great, consistent grill pan.No excess smoke or grit.... it's amazing.

So when America's Test Kitchen recommended the T-Fal Professional Total Nonstick 12-1/2-Inch Saute Pan, I ran out and got one. It worked great. So when I saw this Paella Pan with the same non-stick surface and red heat button, I picked it up. So far it works the same as the one recommended by America's Test Kitchen. I love the size for those big family meals. The question with all non-stick pans is: how long will it last? But so far, so good.

Scanpan CTX Sauté Pan with Lid
I wish these weren't so expensive, because I want a whole set now!I see this pan lasting many, many years so I'll probably get that whole set eventually, adding a new pan a year. This is the nicest pan I've ever owned, hands down. I like to cook anyway, that's why I was moved to spend $300 on a single pan. But this pan makes me like to cook even more. It's cooks so evenly, it's like the vegetables brown themselves, perfectly, without any effort or input from me; I barely have to watch the pan. And it's big enough that I can cook a whole one-dish meal in it (which was my goal when I purchased it). I plan meals around being able to use this pan.

All Clad Stainless Steel Fry Pan
I owned a set Emerilware to start (Wedding gift). Great starting out set but they lack the construction that makes a fine pan. This was my first new pan in my journey to upgrade all my cookware.
The All clad Frying pans tri-ply construction is like night and day over the single play sides of cheaper pans. You no longer have sauces and other foods burning on the pan sides when cooking with gas. I never had this problem on my electric range. It wasn't until I upgraded to a gas cook top that the sidewalls of the pans became an issue. The evenness of the heating on this pan is amazing. I have a Infrared Thermometer and I checked the temp variation across the pan and it was within 5 degrees across the bottom. You really notice this when reducing sauces as the bubble pattern at the bottom is evenly distributed over the whole surface. The handles are nice and long and comfortable in your hand. They don't get to hot unless you get up close to the pan. The overall weight is light but still feels solid.
The pan does get dirty and require a bit of elbow grease to make sparkle but with some stainless steal cleaner and a sponge I have mine shining.
This is and will be the first of Many All clad Pieces in my cook ware collection
I was a bit concerned over all of the negative reviews of stainless steel cookware. Many people were saying that you can't cook eggs on a stainless pan or that they burn food and are defective, etc.
However, if you can follow simple directions you can cook anything on a stainless pan quite easily. It is important to use much lower heat than you would use on a non-stick pan. I just want to stress the fact that stainless steel pans are great for cooking. If I can cook scrambled eggs on a stainless pan anybody can.
This was my first time cooking on stainless steel. I'm a total convert. I will never cook with non-stick again, ever. There is no reason to get the teflon chemicals in your body. I don't know how much non-stick actually harms people but I'm not willing to take that gamble.
This is more of a review of stainless steel in general, but this pan is amazing. The craftsmanship is excellent. If I could afford it I would definitely buy All-clad for all of my cookware (I just happened to find this pan for very cheap).

This pan is a must-have!For years I've used supposedly high-quality non-stick pans, and have finally become disgusted with having to replace them after too short a time.I live alone, do all my own cooking, know how to treat my pans, never wash them in the dishwasher, always use plastic, wood or silicon utensils, don't cook on too high heat, etc., etc.Even my fancy red enamel non-stick pans quit functioning as they should.Within the last several months, I've gone back to stainless steel pans, figuring there has to be a good pan out there somewhere. After trying several other brands, I hit on the very expensive All Clad pans that have now become my favorites. Here are the things I've found to be important:
1.Get pans that are stainless steel with a core of aluminum that is on the bottom and ON THE SIDES of the pan.(The aluminum disperses the heat evenly so that the sides of the pan are not hotter than the bottom, causing food to burn and stick on the sides of the pan.)Buy from a reputable manufacturer. All Clad are the only pans I could find that are made in the USA, and the several far less expensive brands that I found are made in China, and are of iffy quality. One pan I tried during my experimental period looked and felt great, but had a hot spot right in the center that always burned food.(Thank goodness for Amazon.com's GREAT return policy!!)
2.Season your pan before using it.This means heating the pan, adding oil, then allowing the pan to cool. There are several good video tutorials online that show the details of this.
3.HOT PAN, COLD OIL!!!!Heat the pan before cooking in it.
4.Never put cold water in a hot pan. This may warp even the best of pans.
5.Clean your pans with the least amount of abrasion possible.Use Barkeepers Friend or such if absolutely necessary, then re-season the pan.Don't wash pans in the dishwasher, no matter how tempting that might be.
Today I cooked an omelet with cheese in this pan, and the pan needed no washing afterwardsjust a swipe with a paper towel!!That's no exaggeration.Even the cheese did not stick!!...
Thereasons for the four star review:1.The handle is not comfortable to use.2.The pan has no rolled edge to facilitate pouring smoothly,3. The price is prohibitive.

How many of us avoid frying or pan braising or poaching numerous portions of meat because we have to do it "Piecemeal" if we are using 10" 12" skillet or pan?... I love my 14" all-clad..I can pan braise 4 flattened and breaded chicken breast, or 4 -5pork chops or 5 pieces of french toast at one time and be done with it...I can finally make chicken fried steak for four people at once without concern that the oil I'm using will be darkened by the time I get to the later pieces. The fry pan's all metal constuction also allows you to brown meat in the pan and transfer to the oven ...If there is any drawback at all, I would have to say I miss a lid. I finally went out and bought a universal cover that simply lays over the top of the pan when frying.THis particular arrangement does not work well however if you are trying to slow cook some item in the skillet and want to retain the liquid...Most true chefs likely prefer to use a large griddle to do some of the things I like to do in the pan....Want All Clad Stainless Steel Fry Pan Discount?
I own practically everything this company has ever made, even some pieces that haven't been made in years. I have cookware, utensils, canisters, you name it. I generally don't buy designer items, but I try to buy quality. This line has been one of the best investments in my home I've ever made.Just a couple of months ago, after having a conversation asking if they'd examine some of my cookware (the bottoms on those pieces were not flat enough to use on my glass top range without spinning around), I mailed off 4 of my larger pieces.
Thanks to All Clad, I have brand new, non-spinning cookware items3 qt and 6 qt saute pans, an 8 qt stockpot, and a 12" frypan.
I found them to be very kind, and when it was all said and done, they replaced every piece from the over 17-year old set that I sent them without question or hesitation. They even included brand new lids for the 3 items I sent that use them without requesting the lids from my old cookware.
By that same token, I will continue to support All Clad, and just like they did for me, it will be without question or hesitation.

I needed to find a replacement for my old Presto griddle. I know I didn't want to buy another Presto, but it seemed like that was all I could find in the stores. I was about to suck it up and purchase it, then I came across this 3-in-1 awesomeness.
I have used both the grill and the griddle, and I am very happy. I agree, it is a little smaller than the other griddles, but that is no problem for me. What I am very happy about is that the heating element underneath doesn't just go around the outside. The Presto did that, and my food (pancakes or bacon) was cooked unevenly. Both the left and right sides have their own heating element, and the shape of it allows for more even cooking. And for easy cleaning the griddle/grill plates can be washed in the dishwasher, although I have not done that yet.
I am definitely very pleased with my purchase and recommend this.

My first one I Purchased from HSN years ago, I like it so much I decided to get another Ingrid Hoffman Hard Enamel Nonstick Tamale Steamer with the Glass Lid so I can see what's going on. I have Cooked just about everything in this Pot except Tamales (for that I have an Imusa 20 quart steamer pot) I use it for Stock Soups Stews Boiling Pasta and even Big Batches of Barbecue Sauce and Salsa. I like to Boil my own water and that's why I wanted to get a second one. The Tamale Steamer also comes with the Steamer Rack
The 12 Quart Tamale Steamer with Glass Lid has a Beautiful Hard Enamel Exterior with a Great Design outside on the Bottom and Non-Stick Interior and it is Dishwasher Safe, although I wash it by Hand. The exact measurements are 7 1/2 Inches Tall by 11 Inches Wide and Not 14.8 x 7.2 x 19.5 as the Product Detail Indicates, that must be the size of the box. The Tamale Steamer Pot is very Wide and that's one of the things I like about it, I can Cook any meat or vegetables for stews without having to reach deep down unlike those tall Stock Pots. I love T-Fal Cookware, it's Light and Lasts for Years! ...Thank YouI made cheese and chile tameles the cheese wipes right off of the pot. The insert is harder to clean, but I can deal with that.It is a perfect starter tamale pot for batches of about 3 dz. It is an excellent soup pot as well. Very easy clean up.Great for my soups. I find that I can cook almost anything in it and there is no sticking. I've even used it to cook rice for a large family dinner and it came out great.
Total Chef TCIS11BNG Induction Cooktop with Bonus Pan and Glass Lid Black
Pros:
Cook top is small, lightweight and relatively efficient for it's price point.
Cook top operates in either preset heat modes (1 10) or by temperature in increments.
Cook top will not operate with cookware that is not magnetic (glass, aluminum, etc.) and will not even stay on if attempting to use them.
Cook top is not swipe sensitive, so it's not easy to change settings or turn it on accidentally, but provides concise controls when used appropriately (by touching)
Cook top heats up quickly and provides consistent heating across the surface.
Cons:
Included 'bonus' pan is great for boiling water and cooking pasta, but not much else. Any small amount of material (butter, margarine, PAM for example) will burn even on the lowest setting within seconds.
