I love this Grill Pan. I've never had one before and was encouraged by a friend to get one. Oh My wonderful grill marks with little effort. Very little oil needed, if any at all so your food is healthier. It's Square so the food seems to fit better. Also, to finish off those chops in the oven right in the same pan is awesome.

Turn up the heat pretty high at the start to get the nice sear marks. Great skillet and easy to clean. Been using it steady!

Great product, just wish it came with a lid. Would make ease of use much better. Besides for that love the pan, use it all the time!
