Calphalon 12-in. Commercial Hard-Anodized Stir Fry Pan

I purchased this wok because Calphalon is a decent brand. It turned out that the non stick property is fair. It's non-stick to vegetables but not to meat. However there is no chemical layer that can easily fall off with this product. So this is trade off. I searched all the woks, and asked friends around. It seems that there is no perfect wok. I returned it because it does not meet my expectation atthis price,and they charged me $15 for returning. But later I found that the other woks have problems in other aspects as well. The size of the wok is good, it's very heavy. Just don't have very high expectation on it, you can use it.
