Concord 12" Eco Friendly Ceramic Coated Non Stick Fry Pan

The pan is big, but not very sturdy.The ceramic surface is good for scrambling eggs, and is better than teflon andother coatings. The pan's outer coat scratches easily, even on a glass-top range.The pan metal is thin, and the handle is plastic.I believe that ceramic surface on a sturdier pan would be better, this pan is flimsy.

Not sure how well it has held up, bought it for my daughter in law. It was shipped quickly and it looked great.

I love this pan! I got the 8 inch one and it's great! The 12 inch is big, and I intend to get the 9.5 one.This is a breeze to cook on and easy to clean and very sturdy.If I had thought, sooner, I would've gotten the set of 3 at once instead of separatly-nontheless, it's a great product.I highly recommend this product.
