It is so great to own a nonstick pan that really is no stick, won't poison you and lets your food brown when desired. I would recommend this to anyone. The bonus for me is that it is good on induction.

These pans are every bit as great as my old AllClad at half the price.I bought the 10" and 12".They are well made.No wobble on the stove, nice heft and the non-stick surface could not be any better.

This pan is great. Easy to clean, keeps its luster and strong sturdy construction. Itcan go from stove top to oven for multitasking in the kitchen. One problem there is no cover. This can be a bit messy to use on flat stove tops, over all very content will recommend.
