What else can one possibly say about All Clad that hasn't been said already.An excellent American product.I have been using All Clad cookware for at least 20 years.Nothing else comes close.So perfect too with my new induction cooktop. I bought an 11-inch frypan and a 9-inch.Wonderful!
Easy to use and clean up. Only wish it was 6 inches instead of 7, but still is a great pan.

I am giving this three stars because it is really easy to burn oil in it. I am inexperienced with stainless cookware so it is possibly something I am doing wrong.I really like the fact that it is made in the USA and buying it employs Americans.
