My husband does most of the cooking. It seemed like every skillet we purchased after awhile starting peeling. We even tried cast iron and he wasn't happy with results. It seemed like we thru over $200.00 into the trash not to mention our health. I ordered this pan and received it within 2 days, very impressed with the product. He started using the pan, found out you have to cut the heat way back and it doesn't need any oil for cooking. This griddle pan is absolutely great!! Would recommend this pan!!

I love this pan!It cooks evenly without oil or cooking spray and cleans up with a soapy sponge.Nothing sticks! If I could afford it, I'd give one of these to everyone I know.One minor detail:the grill pan only seems to come in bronze and the rest of my Analon is black.
