Fantastic pan! i would give it a 5 star if the silicon wasnt coming off the handles. i purchased this pan late last yr so the silicone shouldnt be coming off. the pan cooks evenly and cleans up well in the dishwasher, its dishwasher safe. everytime ive used it i have not been disappointed! do wear oven mits when draining since the handles are short. i have a circulon infinite 10 pc cookware set and they are superb, 5 star on them. i have had this set for a few yrs now, purchased from amazon and they are still in excellent condition. this is an excellent sized pan fits in most dishwashers. use medium heat and you will not be disappointed!!

No matter what you are cooking this "every thing pan" is just right. It cooks and cleans up like dream.

I ordered this pan to replace another, whose non-stick service was failing. I'm an old man that cooks very little, and just for myself. So, I really don't need an expensive frying pan. But, I didn't want a cheap pan either. So, I bought this moderately priced pan, to take care of my minor needs. Well, it's not a moderate frying pan. I had fried up something and left the pan, with the grease and drippings, covered and off heat. Well, being lazy and absent-minded, some days later I was going to use the pan. I took off the lid and here was this thick layer of grease and drippings some what hard. I picked at the edge of this 'mess', and I was able to pick it up in one piece and throw it away. Can you do that with your frying pan?

well received the pan but did not get the one that is pictured!!! oh well what are you going to do?great little pan for now but really wanted the ones with the protected handles. wish someone would have told me this.
