My family loves melting cheese with onions and mushrooms in the little raclettes.We boil potatoes and pour the mixture on top.They are very nonstick. We use the stone to cook strips of beef or chicken or shrimp that we also put the melted cheese on.Treat the stone like an iron skillet.Just scrape off anything while its still hot and wipe off and put on a little oil.Also you must oil the stone before use and let it preheat.
