The Vinaroz Valencia Series 9-1/2-Inch Non Stick Marble Coating Aluminum Frying Pan

I have been using this frying pan for about two months with excellent results. The more I use it the better it gets. There seems to be a small break in period in the beginning. I own other non stick marble coated cookware for a long time and they are still going strong and have far outlasted any teflon coated pans.
