Love this skillet, cook everything in it.Eggs, chicken, fish, hamburger, everything.The secret is NEVER, NEVER wash it.Clean it with paper towels and a little table salt. Flavors do not leak over after each other.Soap and water ruin the non stick ability.I use olive oil or coconut oil to cook with in mine. If anything sticks a little just let it sit then wipe it clean when cold with paper towels. Great little skillet for one person.

Skillet arrived today & I rinsed it with hot water and used it to fix tonight's dinner sausages. they browned without sticking and the pan rinsed out easily. after drying I gave it a light coat of olive oil & it's ready to use again. the pre treating from the manufacturer works fine.

We have been slowly converting to cast Iron pans with all the bad press on non stick. Who knew, my mother was right after all LOL. Anyhow, this is a really nice pan that came pre seasoned, but I still took the time to preseason it but you don't have to.

Heavy, good quality cast iron but it's smaller than I thought-actually 7.5 inches across and the bottom of the skillet measures 7.0 across.Wish I would have paid the additional $5 bucks to get the 10 inch skillet...
