This pan may be expensive but worth every penny. Every other nonstick pan I've ever bought seems to scratch very easy. I handle them with care, never use metal utensils but that don't keep them from peeling. This one I've been using for a few months and still looks like brand new. Picking it up feels like quality in your hand. I recommend this to anyone
