Berndes Coquere Induction Skillets

Wow, this is so handy to fry an egg in, saute small amounts of ingredients in etc.It just wipes out with a damp cloth and ready to cook something else in that is small of course.I would definitely buy it again that is for certain.I also picked up a Berndes glass lid with stainless steel knob which is handy to use with it also.

We have a coupld of other Berndes Coquere Induction pans and they are great.The cheapo pan from IKEA wore out (the non-stick).The non-stick on these pans is TOUGH and comes with a five year no-excuses warranty against chiping or scratching.

As for cooking, it heats very evenly, has a perfectly flat bottom (important with induction) and is a breeze to clean up.
