Very good. The 11" (28cm) size is hard to find in the US and I was glad to find it.I received the Bee Wax coated model. I boiled a few batches of water to totally immerse it and remove the wax (and wiped it with paper towel) before seasoning.
The bottom is about 8" which matches perfectly my professional (second-hand) induction cooker.
I can fry raw potato slices much quicker than with any other pans.
