I was looking for a quart sized pot -its a little narrower and taller than my previous quart sized pot, which surprised me initially.But after many uses, I haven't found it to be a problem.The pot works well, pretty enough to stay on the stove top when not in use, washes easily, and the top is very sturdy and functional.
This is a little smaller than what I was expecting, but it is a great little pot. I can burn Water.
Mom loves it. Great for making tea. Easy to use, lightweight, easy to clean. Not to heavy for a person with a bad shoulder.I wanted to replace my old sauce pan so I measured the amount of liquid it held and it was 1-1/2 quarts so I ordered this one since it said 1-1/2 quart but it barely held 1 quart so I sent it back and ordered a larger one. Amazon is so good with returns I give them a high rating for their service.it was the perfect little sauce pan to make sauce for Asian themed dishes.
No other pan was so perfectly suited for my ginger sauce.It's the only pan I ever found of this size that was also non stick, and also had a pour spout and also had a lid.
I miss it.
