I have had the KilaChef sauté pan for abouta month.
I use this mostly for sauces and curries cacciatore, marinara, vindaloo and such.
For dryer foods I use the fry pan.
Pros: Heavy and thick, well balanced, Feels right
Performs well heats up quickly, cools quickly
Does not burn food
Love the copper look
Very reasonable price.
Cons: Does require elbow grease and cleanser once a week I use Barkeepers Friend
Copper loses luster after use gets a patina and coloration
Not dishwasher safe.
I gave it 5 stars because it does a great job for my needs: for a solid pan with which
I can try new gourmet recipes. I use it almost everyday.
