This is our third brand we have tried in 3 years. Our Calphalon worked greatafter one year and the non-stick surface stopped working so we tried the Earth Pan, that was a mistake for it started chipping a couple of days into using it. This brand works great so far and we even put it inside the oven to broil and it worked great. We did not have to use oil to cook omelette.
