Circulon Contempo Hard Anodized Nonstick 11-Inch Square Griddle

We got this as a wedding present. The second time I used it, I could tell it had warped. It wasn't used on high heat and wasn't cleaned hot. Plus, it doesn't lie flat on the burner (electric element) so it causes hot spots that cooks part of the food quicker and others more slowly. The nonstick coating was good. Food came off easy and was easy to clean.

I don't recommend this product. Look elsewhere if you want a griddle. Pay the extra money for a nice heavy-gauge one.

I'm not sure why this product comes up if you search for "Induction Griddle" on Amazon, but this is not.I was fooled because I own another Circulon set that is induction compatible, but I was sad to see when this arrived that it is complete aluminum.I didn't read the description carefully since it came up in my search, so don't be fooled!However, if induction is not your concern, this was a beautiful pan, and I love Circulon!

I bought the previous version about 10 years ago and it was terrific.I wondered why this one is only $29 when the previous one was $99.Now I know: This one is only good for cooking pan cakes, grilling sandwiches etc.

Since you can't put any oil or non-stick spray on this pan, any type of eggs you try to cook on this griddle will stick.What you end up with is a horrible mess to clean up, and eggs you can't eat.

For cooking pan cakes or grill sandwiches, I'd give it 4 stars, but for cooking eggs I'd have to give in NO stars, which results in an overall score of 1 star.
