I bought these pans for my sister for Christmas. She liked them very much, so I bought them for myself as well. They are very good pans. The bottom is heavier than I'm used to, so it takes slightly longer for the pan to heat, but once it does, the heat is very well distributed. The nano ceramic coating makes cooking easier in that you need very little, if any, oil. I'm thinking about getting the saucepans as well.
I've purchased other non-stick cookware and everything STICKS!!!Even after "seasoning" according to instructions, everythingSTICKS!!Alas, FlameKiss cookware from Amore Kitchenware, DOES NOT STICK!You don't even have to "season" it!Just wash and use.For the first time, I can fry an egg without butter or oil, and it slides right out of the pan.The cookware also sits level on my electric glasstop range, unlike my orgreenic 12 inch skillet.I'm so glad I purchased this cookware and unlike the orgreenic 12 inch skillet, the FlameKiss 12" comes with a lid as does the 10" skillet.Amore Kitchenware started in 2012, and I'm impressed.If ever the need arises to purchase cookware in the future, FlameKiss will be my first choice.Great product for the money!Great set looks Good and works Great well worth the money. the outside is a beautiful redfinish, the inside is a non stick to finish that cleans very easily.This is a great cookware set.It is so easy to use and to clean!There is not sticking of the food to the pan.after many uses it is still nonstick.the only issue I have is that the handles are too heavy when using the skillets on a stove with coil burners.
