The pan is just what I was looking for to replace my old one whose coating was starting to chip.Its good in the oven up to 400 degrees so you can sear those filet mignons on the stovetop then finish cooking in the oven.

I bought this when I became tired of scraping dried scrambled egg from my old one and this one is wonderful!Nomore sticking at all and a breeze to wash up.
