Very sturdy and oversized as promised.I've been using for other than hot chocolate cereal, chinese food, etc.The ergonomics are great the mugs are easy to hold.I plan to purchase again for gifts to others.I think they would probably be great for college students, anyone who likes to eat in front of the TV, etc.
