This is quite simply the best pan I have ever used.Beautifully crafted stainless steel, I don't know if it is worth $200, but if any pan is, this is it! One thing worth noting is that this isa very heavy pan, it is a little difficult for my wife to handle with one hand when fully loaded, so if this is a concern, you may want to look for a slightly smaller version.
I wanted them to replace their non-stick unhealthy skillet so we got them this. They have an old gas burner stove-top and the flame is pretty narrowly spaced so I was concerned that the 3-layer pan wouldn't heat even;y. Sounds like this one does heat evenly for them.

I have only rated it 4 stars so far simply because i haven't used it yet.I was super excited to receive it yesterday and wanted to cook something right away, but the girlfriend and i ended up going to Chipotle.Anyways, i'll tell you my first impressions.First off, it is super heavy.I played college football, and i have a tough time holding it even when it is empty and doesn't have the lid on it.I will gladly adapt to the weight of it cause i think it'll perform well.However, the weight and construction i think will be a testament to the durable quality of it. It has a lifetime warranty that i doubt it will need.It comes with instructions on how to use it, clean it, etc.. and i plan on following them so i can have this thing forever.But like i said, it is really heavy so if you are a 90 pound grandma, i recommend against buying this item.Can't wait to use it!!
