Update: I did purchase the 12" too. Needed more room for cooking eggs for more than one person. Just as perfect as the 8" no sticking what so ever even with the first use on this pan. Definitely my favorite pans. You will not be disappointed if your looking for a superior non stick.

2009 was the year we bought a bunch of new cookware, including two different brands of hard anodized pan.One was a store brand, and has begun to show its wear and tear. The Le Creuset pan is in the same condition as when we bought it, cleans up easier, and is a pleasure to cook with, as with all Le Creuset cookware it is simply above average in quality and well worth the price.Read Best Reviews of Le Creuset Forged Hard-Anodized Fry Pans Here
I can't believe this pan only cost me $40. After spending the last two years complaining about my All Clad pans loosing their non-stick quality, I couldn't take it anymore.I found this pan on Amazon and ordered it. It came yesterday and I just used it for the first time this morning.I cooked two eggs in the pan and couldn't believe it. Not only did they NOT stick, they almost flew out of the pan when I picked it up and made a swirling motion.I flipped the eggs like a pancake!!
I own a few Le Creuset pots and have been very pleased. This is my first hard anodized pan from them. I have owned a full set of All Clad LTD for many years. As soon as I finish this review I will be ordering a 12" pan.
Do yourself a favor and order this pan!!We bought the larger size, and were so satisfied with it that we then bought the next two sizes, plus lids. These are very well made, sturdy, clean up very nicely.
