Wow!Gift from my girlfriend.What a great pan.I'm not much of a cook, and have long been using cheap teflon coated pans.Now that I'm raising chickens and cooking eggs every morning I'm learning what a difference a great tool like this can make in the kitchen.
This really is more of an omlet pan, or a pan for cooking up a single serving of meat. The copper requires polishing but it functions great.

This is a beauty of a frying pan.A wee bit smallish but for certain things it is excellent and a very good backup sized for a large frying pan.Extremely even heat as would be expected with a near solid copper pan.I'd like to buy its big brother.Not has heavy as I expected, but it is a good product for the price nevertheless.I would probably buy it again.Want Mauviel M150 Copper Cookware with Cast Stainless Steel Handles, Round Frying Pan Discount?
