I love the taste of grilled food. I just don't always have the time to warm up the grill and get it all going.

So, I bought this pan. I have purchased grill pans in the past and have been disappointed over and over again. So, I figured I would buy this one, try it and when it didn't deliver results, I would give it to the college kid next door who eats Ramen noodles and the only pan he has is a bed pan..

BUT I AM KEEPING IT!! It's great. It makes the most beautiful chicken. Keeps it juicy w/beautiful lines. It's amazing. It makes amazing grilled salmon. Great price and it delivers!

I've been using a cast iron grill pan for years until it started to rust, I got tired of wrestling with it and scrubbing it. I really like the performance of this pan. Lighter, and much easier cleanup. Only one very large problem. The handle won't stay tight where it meets the pan. Not an up/down issue but side to side. I screwed the nut down with all of my strength and it still is a bit loose. Also the sides could be a little higher to cut down splatter. If not for those two defects in manufacturing and design, I certainly give it a 5 star rating.

I purchased this pan after trying a cast iron double grill pan that did not perform to my expectations (it never distributed the heat evenly.)

This pan was inexpensive and works very well.I find it to distribute the heat fairly well over one burner, although not perfectly.It cleans very easily, and is great...especially for the price.

I ordered this item because it was made in the United States, not in China but had to return it.Not sure if it was damaged in shipping or just at the store but the handle was loose and I couldn't tighten it and there was a small scratch on the protective covering.As it turned out, it wasn't as large as I thought it would be.I was glad to see that it was made in the US
