I this is another must have if you like pancakes!, the slim line edge of pan makes turning the pancakes easy, yet still has the multi-purpose of being able to scramble some eggs or fry up just a few slices of bacon.

I do many different kinds of crepes (salt, sugar, etc) this pan is just perfect for that purpose, you do not need to even clean it after use it. spread the heat very well over the entire surface. I found this more beneficial than electric crepes pans or any other stuff. besides the size is just great for them.

Love it so far!

Nice even heating on gas stove so far. I was most impressed with the disappearing marks in the center indicating the right temperature for pancake/crepe cooking. Nice low lip which makes flipping easy but prevents run off from batter. It's a bit heavy, but works great.
