Nordic Ware Square Mini Waffle Griddle

I bought this pan to make large batches of gluten-free waffles.We have been buying them frozen from the grocery store, and they are not inexpensive.So I make a huge pile of waffles with the pan, freeze them between sheets of parchment and use them the same way we use the store-bought ones.I find it helpful to cover the pan for the first side of cooking.They come out with only one side shaped like a waffle, and they are smaller than the store-bought ones.I most like that we can make waffles without having to store a big waffle iron, which I would probably use like twice a year.
