I love the Epicurean Kitchen Utensils. I got the cutting board and I love it so when I saw this on amazon, I just want to get it because the turner I got from another brand is silicon and it has been melting a little because of the high temperature. This material is so nice, I think it's better than the regular bamboo. I like stirred frying stuff with this turner, but when it comes to picking up the food, it's a little bit tough since the turner is designed like this. It's straight and it's a little bit too small to pick up a lot of food from the pan.
These were priced right and were additions to the bamboo utensils I already had.
Most of my cookware is not non-stick, but I try to take good care of the pieces that are.
They serve the purpose and the dark color keeps them looking new longer.

This is a great turner, my wife and I own three of these and they receive daily use in our busy kitchen.Great for protecting the finish of our pots and pans, a combination of Viking and Lodge Cast Iron.Only small flaw is that they could be a little larger for picking up bigger items.
