I abslolutely LOVE this pan!Not only is it totally non-stick it's the perfect size for every day use.Also, unlike other DARK interior pans that never feel quite clean this one gets sqeaky clean with no effort at all.While it's true that these particular pans aren't utensil safe, that's a very minor issue.After discovering how wonderful this was I also order the larger 10" covered pan.

This pan is just what I wanted.It doesn't stick at all. I make alot of omelets for my family and before I bought this pan I couldn't even make an omelet.

While I'm still working on my flipping skills, this pan has been great for omelettes.It doesn't stick and is very easy to clean.
