Pleasantly surprised with how heavy duty these are.Actually prefer these to the far more expensive All-clad pans we are gradually replacing.
It takes a bit longer to heat up the pan comparing with Scanpan CTX ceramic-titanium.It is not non-stick as I asssumed.It is just easy clean.
