It also has ridges all round the bottom so the fat/chess etc doesn't run out and onto the counter most of the others just let it ooze out the front .. (if you are lucky )

it s very good and powerfull machine. you can press the sandwich and get a good crusty bread. the only think i didn t like it s very hot all over so extra cautions. overall a good choise
