The pans have a nice, sturdy feel without being too heavy or awkward and the clear lids are a real bonus.I was afraid that the lids would rattle and drip water down the sides when simmering stuff because there is no vent hole, but so far I've been pleased to note that the lids keep a pretty tight seal and only allow a little steam to escape.Bottoms of the pan live up to the advertising and heat up quickly and evenly. The 3 Qt. size is very versatile...just the right combination of a short pot/large, deep skillet for browning meat, preparing small batch chili/soup, or making large vegetable side dishes.Clean up couldn't be easier...just let the cookware cool, wipe out with a paper towel, and give a quick swipe with a soapy dish cloth and you are done.No elbow grease needed!
I'm looking forward to many years of enjoyment in the kitchen with these products.Fantastic pan and what a great buy for the price. Will definately buy more KitchenAid Cookware, when I need to replace my exsisting ones.: )
