My wife and I both love this little 8" frying pan. It's great for small jobs such as hamburgers, hot dogs, sausages, etc.. It's also really easy to clean. The non stick coating works really well. About a tablespoon of your favorite cooking oil and you're all set.
So far, everything has cooked beautifully with little to no butter or oil needed. No issues with anything sticking.
Very classy and expensive looking and I love the color and flower design!! and the most surprising thing is that is is very high quality. I just ordered one more for my mom.
My only complaint is that the pan feels heavy to me. It could be that this is just a comparison issue as the old pan (from Wal-Mart) was so light.
I'll update this review in the event that there are long term problems.
Works very well on our induction cooktop. Some of our other pans would develop hot spots that might of been due to uneven distribution of the magnetic metals.We bought the 8 And 10 Inch pans.Both heat evenly. Omelettes come out tender and perfectly cooked. Hashbrowns come out evenly brown and pleasantly crisp.Delivery was very quick.
I used several times and the platinum non-stick surface coating works great.The cleanup is easy, just wipe clean and the pot is clean. Buy it , you will not be disappointed.
