Starfrit Die-Cast Aluminum Nonstick 10-Inch Square Grill Pan with Foldable Handle

I have only used this over a stove, not a fire, but it heats up really well.I heat it for 3-4 minutes first, then slap on the meat and it gets a really nice sizzle and broiler marks.the pan is clever too because it has grease spill indents on both sides to pour off grease.Only negative is the same that all these fold up pans have ... they fold up too easily.There needs to be a locking mechanism so they don't fold up when you are trying to cook with them.Therefore you cannot flip with this pan because the handle will not lock in place.but that is minor.It's also very light which is what I need since I'll be backpacking.
