Pros: The coating is great, we have used it quite a bit the past month and I can flip eggs or whatever with just a silicone spatula without any oil. The pan is thick and distributes the heat very well.Cons: I can't flip a crepe on it without using a spatula... this may not be a big deal to many people, but I enjoy it. things don't "stick", but food still clings to the pan so you have to use a spatula instead of just shaking it.
The big problem with this pan is that it isn't balanced well. The handle is made of some heaver steel so it won't sit flat on an electric stove... this may not be as big of a deal on a gas stove.
Also the aluminum seems to be fairly soft and I can see marks in it even though we have always been careful to not use metal utensils on it... so we'll see how it holds up in the long run.
