Some stainless steel seems easier to clean than others. This pan is one of the "others." Barkeepers Friend is my friend, and even so, this is work!That said, this is a fine pan for many types of cooking. It heats very evenly and conducts extremely well. I look forward to buying more AcCuCore cookware... when/if the price comes down a bit!
