Vollrath Fry Pan with PowerCoat2 Non-Stick & TriVent Silicone Handle

I wanted a strong, heavy ,durable pain, mainly to cook meatballs in and wow this is it. It is a great pan. I made 2 huge batches of meatballs in no time at all. I was very pleased at how much this pan holds. My cast irons'are smaller and heavier so this works bettet. But with the handle lenght this is one large pan. I need to clear out some space for it but it is well worth it.
