Cuisinart MultiClad Unlimited Dishwasher-Safe Skillet

I love this skillet and use it all the time.My only complaint is with the gray primer like outer skin. Why not just leave it alone?This is really my only complaint.This cookware is GREAT!!! As good as All-Clad and at a third of the cost.

If I had realized about the outer skin I would have shopped around for a plain finish.

I bought an entire set of this last month... 23 pieces, in all... and I am loving them.Once you get used to cooking on lower heat (because of their great heat distribution), then using them is a dream.Cleaning them is also a dream... just a quick soak and rinse... and into the dishwasher if you feel like it.Any discoloration they may attain is easily fixed with a stainless cleaner.Or, a light coating of oil will temporarily remove the discoloration too, if you just want them to look nice hanging on your pot rack and don't feel like breaking out the stainless cleaner.

I couldn't be happier.This cookware is an affordable alternative to All-Clad LTD... it actually matches the pieces of that on my pot rack... and it performs just as beautifully.

Handle doesnt get hot

Cleans easily just dont cook it too hot and it needs to soak for a little bit but it cleans up great and cooks evenly, best stainless steel skillet i've ever owned

This is a joy to cook with though one has to get used to using less heat than with most other skillets because of its design. The 8-inch size is great for cooking for one or two people. It's wonderful not to have to have teflon-life coating wearing away, scratching, etc. One does need to use wooden or rubber utensils as metal utensils will scratch it.
