Nordic Ware 12 Inch Skillet Cover

Nordic Ware 12 Inch Skillet CoverThis lid is sturdy and fits well on my 12-inch skillets. The steam vent hole in the lid is great for simmering and reducing liquids in food while avoiding splatter. The padded handle prevents finger burns.

This is a well manufactured lid with wonderful grip handle, however, it doesn't fit my skillet perfectly thus the 4 star rating.

Lodge Logic LDP3 Double Play Reversible Grill/Griddle

Lodge Logic LDP3 Double Play Reversible Grill/GriddleI've got lots of cast iron, but this is my new favorite. Here are a few tips for other users. The griddle is perfectly flat and well-made, but it tips from corner to corner on my burners. It's an issue with the design of my burner grates, not the grill. If you have this problem, just fold up a little piece of foil and stick it under one of the edges that tips. Problem solved.

People often complain about foods spilling off a griddle. If that's happening, then you should cook that type of food in a skillet. Skillets and griddles each have their own purpose, The low profile edges on a griddle are suited to foods that stay put but take up a lot of surface area, like eggs, pancakes, steaks, vegetables. They made the low edge so it will be easy to get a spatula under those foods.Foods that produce lots of grease should not be cooked on a griddle, unless it's just a couple of strips of bacon. If you're trying to cook up lots of greasy food, use a skillet. They are designed to hold liquids, hence the tall sides. So, you guys who complain about grease running off your griddle when you cook a pound of bacon, stop complaining and get a skillet to hold liquids.

Yes, the center will be a little cooler than the ends. Don't worry. This is natural. Use it to your advantage. Put slower-cooking things in the center or add food to the center first so it starts cooking before the food on the ends. Just like on a charcoal grill, it can be helpful to have a "cool zone" (actually a not quite as scorching hot zone). Make sure you let it heat up evenly over low heat before turning it up to medium / medium high, this discourages sticking. Also, for you people moving from teflon, never turn or move food in an iron or steel pan until the food has browned. The food does indeed stick, but then releases from the surface on its own when it is browned. Wait for the food to release itself. Be patient. Also, make sure steaks, etc. have no water on them when you put it on the cooking surface. A little oil helps food release, water encourages sticking.

Clean it while it's hot before it can cool off, or food remnants will be harder to remove. Scrape it with a metal spatula. Then wipe it with a paper towel dipped in oil. Done. Also, clean up will be easier if you cook liquids and super greasy foods in a skillet, which is easier to wield (and clean in a sink) when hot. Don't want to leave your clean, hot griddle to cool on the stove? Use oven mitts to cary it to the oven.

This is a great product. I consider it an essential and helpful sidekick to a 12 inch cast iron skillet. It's ready to go right out of the box. Pancakes came out great and did not stick, even though I used almost no oil on the griddle. Works on the charcoal grill, too for small foods that would fall through the grates. Take it camping as an easy to set up grill. Use it in the oven as a cookie sheet. Great for small pizzas with crispy crust.

Great product. We took it on a week long camping trip and cooked fajitas, pancakes, eggs, bacon, you name it on this little griddle. It fits perfect on a dual fual coleman camp stove and was a treat to use.One thing to note: since the camp stove has two different size burners one side gets much hotter than the other. If both burners on your stove have the same output then the griddle will heat evenly. No fault of the griddle, just be aware of what you are using it with.Love the product, considering buying another for our other stove.

Looked all over in stores for a griddle of this size (perfect for RV's or boat stoves)I use it on our boat for almost all my stove top cooking (burgers, eggs, pancakes, toasted sandwiches, etc.)Even though it is pre-seasoned, I have found spraying it with a little olive oil works especially well for eggs.

I always wanted one of these but this is my first cast iron item. There is not much to it but it's perfect. Grill side and smooth side, easy to clean (wipe off with a paper towel). I was a little concerned about how it would work on my glass electric cooktop but it works great!

Paula Deen Signature Porcelain Nonstick 6-Piece Cookware Soup and Stew Set, Red Speckle

Paula Deen Signature Porcelain Nonstick 6-Piece Cookware Soup and Stew Set, Red SpeckleThis pot is so beautiful that if you leave it out on the stove, it looks like something a Better Homes & Gardens photographer would put out in a shoot on to-die-for kitchens. (In my kitchen, the pot is the only magazine-worthy item, but hey, it's a start.)

I was afraid that beauty would mean it was lacking in cooking ability, but it's nice and solid and thick enough to easily and quickly boil a potful of water for spaghetti, to make a big batch of sweet potato corn chowder, and most importantly, it can handle chili.

I've never before owned a pot the right density and shape to make decent chili.I like to use fresh tomatoes and keep the sauce from getting thick and gloppy like canned chili, so for years I've accomplished this by simmering the dish in the microwave for an hour or two on extremely low settings. While my stove (which is fancy enough to be in a magazine article but never clean enough) has a snazzy "crock pot" depth burner, without this pot, the sauce still thickened too much unless I hovered far more than I want.(If I have to check something more than every 30 minutes, preferably 60, I'm unhappy.)

I won't leave my microwaving ways behind me that's a no-hover situation and produces great chili butusing this pot makes it even better. I can leave it safely simmering without worry and easily taste test and tweak the spices now and then, producing the best Tamara's Infamous Chili con Carnage possible. What's even better is that I can put the pot out and let people serve themselves because it's so dang attractive. (Okay, I did that anyway, but it wasn't terribly attractive.) In this pot, you don't even see all the splotches and drips I've left on the outside of the pot since the finish is perfect camouflage for chili.

AND this is a big AND the handles have never required potholders this includes picking the pot up to dump boiling water and noodles through a colander. That's a big fat first for me. It's extra cool, too, since I rarely can find my potholders and normally rely on my husband's freakish ability to latch onto hot stuff and not let go.(Yeah, baby!)

The wooden spoon that comes with the pot is quality, and the three little "ingredients" bowls round out the set making it a perfect gift, too. At least if you can give it up after you see it. . . I couldn't.

All in all, five unburned thumbs up!

This cookware is WONDERFUL!!I wish I had seen the big sets before I started buying one piece at a time!I realize now that I was sorely in need of new cookware! And SOOOOOOOOOO glad I went with Paula Deen's!!

Love this set. I bought it to add to my other Paula Deen items and it is perfect. Wonderful for cooking just about any item that needs more space. The spoon that comes with it is NICE really nice heavy and well shaped. The little bowls that come with it are ok not sure what I would use them for but there's nothing wrong with them I just have other bowls I like better. I wash it by hand and use only wooden, plastic or silicone utensils and it's still looking great. I have found that if I place the lid on it I can get water to boil at much lower temps on my electric stove than I could with my old pans. The handles also stay cool to the touch which is really nice and convenient. All in all I love this set and use it all the time.

I'm getting a lot of use out of this large pot.I haven't used the spoon or little bowls that come with it yet.I like that the lid is clear so that I can see at a glance how things heating up within are looking in the pot.

What I like best of all is how very much cheaper this pot is than others I checked out that can hold the same volume of food. Also, the pot is a nice, warm cheerful color.

Oster CKSTGRFM18 9 by 20-Inch Folding Griddle

Oster CKSTGRFM18 9 by 20-Inch Folding GriddleWe got this griddle being very excited that it was dishwasher safe and foldable. Those are the only good things about this griddle. The plug does not fully stay in the griddle and I have to push it up against a wall to hold it in place otherwise the plug falls out and the griddle doesn't work.Even when it is shoved up against a wall, the plug won't fully engage which causes a host of headaches.Another wonderful feature is that due to the folding mechanism, both sides do not heat evenly so one side will burn my pancakes, while the other side will not cook them. Overall this was a terrible buy and I would not recommend this product to anyone. It seems appealing because of storage, washing, etc. but lets face it, you want a griddle that works and this does not.If you've ordered it, keep your receipt and send it back.I foolishly threw mine away banking on the good name of Oster.I was sorely disappointed.

It was a gift to our son and family .They love it ! It is easy to clean and to put away . It fits in smaller places, and cooks evenly.

Totally agree with above. I had identical problems. Doesn't fit in dishwasher, and more importantly doesn't work. Power device does not attach correctly and the power goes off and on making it almost impossible to cook anything. The heating, when it does work is so uneven you will want to scream in frustration. I was surprized as my last Oster griddle was great. After last use I was so aggravated I too threw the griddle away in order to force mayself to buy a new one. To put further sting on this experience, when I went on Amazon to buy a different one I found the original order and realized that the griddle I had ordered was not the one I recieved from 3rd party seller steamertrunkbooks. This was back in May and now is too late for me to do anything about it. My own fault for not realizing it was the wrong one.Buyer beware...Bottom line, the one I ordered was one I had previously and it was great for cooking though a bit involved to keep clean.

Ceramic Marble Coated Non Stick Cast Aluminium Fry Pan with Lid, 28 cm (11 inches)

Ceramic Marble Coated Non Stick Cast Aluminium Fry Pan with Lid, 28 cmNo, I'm no caveman, but I sure like to eat well with less cleanup after cooking and eating and I want to continue my good health while doing so. After looking at the hard anodized, StoneDine, and Swiss Diamond offerings, I decided to give the KW Marble Ware a try.

The StoneDine just appears overpriced, and the Swiss Diamond appeared more reasonable in the same size, but multiple reviews of each continued turning my head toward the KW Marble Ware pan. The hard anodized aluminum pans also had my interest until I also saw remarks of a DuPont coating, but I also don't like the idea of cooking on bare aluminum due to Alzhiemer links to aluminum cookware as far back as the 1960's. Anodized aluminum also isn't impervious to a number of things in kitchen use. But, I really just have never liked the idea of using Teflon or any polymeric membrane coating in direct contact with my food that can't survive higher than normal food cooking temperatures or even the normal high cooking temperatures used for searing meats to seal in juices.

That said, I have reluctantly used Teflon pans through the years and have disposed of many as their interior surface began looking bad to me. Currently, I have an old T-fal Professional Total Non-Stick 10-1/4-Inch Sauté, Black that has been in use some years. It's a good size and has Teflon inside and outside for easy cleanup, but the inner surface is looking worn although the non-stick still seems to be performing fairly well. I also have a 12-inch Wearever in my kitchen that still looks almost brand new, but both of them have Teflon which is still something I've never liked the idea of, and something you can't turn the heat up on to sear anything with.

Ceramic marble? Well, it sounds cleaner and stronger and more slick, and way easier to clean. I also wanted the glass lid to help keep other people from putting smaller pans inside it while put away in a cabinet the sure cause of most scratches inside any good pan at my home. I don't use metal spoons, turners, etc. in my pots and pans most of which are cast iron, and copper and stainless Revere Ware. When food sticks to them, I just wipe out the grease and boil some water in them. Then I use a nylon brush with soap to finish, sometimes with a Brillo pad if needed. I then lightly re-oil them before storing them. It's easier to keep those looking good this way, but any pan you can just wipe out is always faster to clean and you sure can't use anything abrasive in the majority of non-stick pans if you want them to last a while. Somehow, the water-based ceramic nano particle coating on the Ceramic Marble Coated Non Stick Cast Aluminium Fry Pan with Lid, 28 cm (11 inches) seems a lot safer to my thinking. Once the water based coating cures during manufacture of the pan, it is also capable of surviving a temperature of 800 degrees which is about 400 degrees higher than most other coatings, and far above any normal food cooking temperatures.

The Ceramic Marble Coated Non Stick Cast Aluminium Fry Pan with Lid, 28 cm (11 inches) also has the latest tech 4-layer coating on the pan for better bonding to the aluminum and improved abrasion and chip resistance. The marble coats the entire pan, so it's easier to clean inside and out. The lid is of course tempered glass with a decent handle on both the lid and the pan.

Time will tell how good this "marble" surface is, and just how good the pan is in comparison to the two other non-stick frying pans and cast iron pans I use. The verdict will also influence how quickly the older style non-stick pans make it outside my door. Update coming after some good use for better or worse. What I really want to see is how well my expensive steaks cook in this new KW Marble Ware pan and how easy it is to clean up the mess after. Durability will also be important to me before purchasing another. Hopefully, I'll be able to say it is 10X better than the others.

Standard delivery from the Amazon merchant SmartDeals411 was 3-5 day USPS. From California to Alabama, mine arrived in perfect condition in only three days. Out of the box, I simply screwed the handle on and washed the pan for a first use.

Update 1/19/12:

I warmed the pan on low heat and tossed in some burgers. With the food in, I increased the heat to medium high. Now, if you normally cook your burgers in an iron skillet at higher heat to seal in the juices you know how messy that is when you're done cooking. Using an iron skillet, I always have to grease the pan with oil and there is also plenty of grease splatter to the stove and me during cooking. When done using the cast iron skillet, I always have to remove the grease and boil water in the pan to loosen the crud left behind. The whole cleaning process time varies depending on how fast the burgers were cooked and it's never very quick. However...

Using zero added grease with this "marble" pan, my 91% lean burgers cooked without sticking and there was never anything that wouldn't wipe off the pan using my nylon turner as I cooked. Wow! There wasn't even the usual grease splatter on the stove top for me to clean off and I didn't use the glass pan lid! After eating the burgers, the pan had cooled, and I realized I could have never sealed in the juices with a Teflon pan without burning the Teflon coating. Since I used no grease, there was also very little cooking residue in the KW "Marble" pan and it wiped out easily with a paper kitchen towel. I could see the pan looked perfectly clean, but I washed it with dish detergent anyway. I still couldn't see any residue in the soapy water, so I rinsed and dried the pan and set it aside for it's next use. I'm very satisfied with my purchase, and looking forward to cooking some nice thick rib eye steaks in this new pan without grease and the usual mess with my cast iron pans.

Instructions supplied by the seller say the handle is made of CPET plastic resin and good for heat up to 338 degrees Fahrenheit. So, this pan isn't good for oven use to my opinion. The instructions also say to wipe the pan surfaces with a few drops of cooking oil and to heat it on medium heat for two minutes to season it, and that the pan is good for heat up to 650 degrees Fahrenheit. (chuckle) I read my instructions after using the pan for my burgers, and "seasoned" it all over with cooking oil after cooking my burgers the pan still looked just like it did before I cooked my burgers. Oh, and the burgers tasted great without using any oil just a few drops of wine vinegar, a little garlic powder, pepper, and a light dash of salt for seasoning. I washed the cooking oil residue back off with dish soap after the "seasoning" no sense in leaving the oil residue to eventually tarnish the pan finish.

The light weight cast aluminum "marble" pan gave even heat and its bottom is also thick and flat inside and out just the way I like a fry pan. It also sat well on my electric eye stove burners. I also like that the 2 1/16-inch inside depth of this pan is over a quarter inch deeper than my Teflon pans with its depth more like my cast iron pans.

*Note* This pan contains no iron or magnetic material. So, like copper and stainless steel, and other plain aluminum pans, it won't work with induction type stoves. Also, if you want long use from the pan, don't use this pan with abrasives, metal utensils, or place in a dishwasher. A soft nylon brush and dish soap will quickly and easily clean it spotless with very light action. This removes any remaining grease that could harden and stain it over time.

Update 2/21/2012:

By the first week of February, I was sold on the Ceramic Marble pan and purchased the smaller Ceramic Marble Coated Cast Aluminium Non Stick Fry Pan 26cm(10 inches).

My high heat nylon turners could not take the searing heat I use with these pans, and were melting in the "marble" pans. So, I started using some hard high-heat plastic ones they too were unsatisfactory as I saw faint scratching in one pan on close inspection. Everything also stuck to the hard plastic utensils. So, I have now purchased the full line of iSi Basic silicone utensils after using the iSi Basics Silicone 13 Inch Turner, White for only one week. I could not be more pleased with the new pans and the iSi Basics silicone kitchen utensils. Nothing melts and nothing sticks to anything now and nothing scratches. Just imagine cooking and browning French Fries in less than half a teaspoon of oil. I did that tonight in less than fifteen minutes. The fries cooked fast and perfect, and were great and nothing attempted to stick to anything. There was also NO grease splatter. I'm also sure I could have fried them with NO oil, but I wanted the bacon oil's flavor.

Steaks! They don't stick using the marble pans, and sear perfectly for two minutes per side on medium high. I finish them in another few minutes and turning each minute in nothing but their own juices on medium. The time only varies according to thickness, and the desired level of doneness. Using the new pans, they always turn out perfect and juicy.

Skinned fried chicken! It cooks perfectly and tastes better just cooking in it's own grease just as if it were food cooked by the best gourmet chef!

You just won't believe the level of improvement in your cooked foods, using one of these pans, until you've actually used one or seen one in action. Cooking just got a lot easier and faster, and more enjoyable using my new Ceramic Marble pans so did clean-up afterwards!

Update 9/17/2012:

I've now used this pan for 9 months two to three times per day and almost every day. Except for some wear of the marble coating on the bottom of the pan, where the pan meets the metal burner eyes of my stove, it still looks brand new. The inside of the pan is still perfect, there is no staining or discoloration anywhere on the pan or lid after hundreds of uses, and the non-stick works just as perfect as it did the first time the pan was used. My other ceramic marble pans also look and perform just as well. I also had one sent to my sister with some silicone utensils some 8 months back, and she still thanks me for it. Once you've used these pans, you'll never want to go back to using others.

Side note By using my KW marble pans, needing less cooking grease, I dropped my weight from 215 to 195. I had tried numerous times for a number of years to lose some weight but nothing ever worked I stayed right at 215. Using nothing more than the KW pans requiring less cooking oil, my weight is now staying steady at 195, my cholesterol is down, and I feel and look better. My doctors couldn't get over how I lost weight and lowered my cholesterol with something so simple. This weight loss was a great side benefit I wasn't expecting when I purchased the pans.

Update 10/01/2012:

See my above pictures and their notes. ACE Cook and KW are the same company and all the glass lids have the ACE Cook logo, where some of the pans carry the KW logo on their bottom. There are minor cosmetic changes to some, but all use the identical materials and processes in their manufacture. Look at my pictures in the product gallery and see for yourself there is no interior surface wear. Both of my pictures are of the same pan a Marble Ware pan that has seen heavy use over the last nine months. The larger 11-inch pan has been used a lot also, but mostly for cooking vegetables where the smaller one is used more for frying foods. The bottoms in these pans have also remained flat despite I use medium high cooking heats often. There is nothing poor about the finish of these pans, and there is nothing to the false claims of "harmful" chemicals concerning Ceramic Marble Ware products. Dupont's Teflon on the the other hand ....

Product of South Korea

I love this pan so much I bought one for my boyfriends mom for mother's day.It is truly non-stick.There is literally no need for any oil or butter except to taste. The pan cleans with some warm water, soap and a spong. You will NEVER have to scrub it.I put a piece of cheese in the pan just to test it and it peeled right up.I would love to see pots and pans with this material!

Buy Ceramic Marble Coated Non Stick Cast Aluminium Fry Pan with Lid, 28 cm (11 inches) Now

When I first got this pan I absolutely loved it. It performed absolutely amazingly, eggs slid, nothing stuck, just as advertised. Sadly that did not last after a couple of months of use the surface deteriorated and now everything sticks. This in spite off the fact that metal had never touched the pan, always hand washed with soft sponge or paper towel, re-seasoned etc. This is a wonderfully promising technology that just isn't quite ready yet. You see many wonderful reviews of this technology by all manufactures but I suspect all were written during the first uses honeymoon period. If you read the lower rated reviews you find a common theme that the coating breaks down after 60 to 100 uses and the pans become a sticking nightmare. A black sheen develops and starts spreading over the surface that appears chemically bonded and impossible to remove and the pan becomes unserviceable. Again this is constant with all manufactures. The process presently is inherently flawed and a breakthrough is needed to correct it.

I bought an entire set of this last month... 23 pieces, in all... and I am loving them.Once you get used to cooking on lower heat (because of their great heat distribution), then using them is a dream.Cleaning them is also a dream... just a quick soak and rinse... and into the dishwasher if you feel like it.Any discoloration they may attain is easily fixed with a stainless cleaner.Or, a light coating of oil will temporarily remove the discoloration too, if you just want them to look nice hanging on your pot rack and don't feel like breaking out the stainless cleaner.

I couldn't be happier. This cookware is an affordable alternative to All-Clad LTD... it actually matches the pieces of that on my pot rack... and it performs just as beautifully.

This is a joy to cook with though one has to get used to using less heat than with most other skillets because of its design. The 8-inch size is great for cooking for one or two people. It's wonderful not to have to have teflon-life coating wearing away, scratching, etc. One does need to use wooden or rubber utensils as metal utensils will scratch it.

Revere Copper Clad Bottom 1-Quart Saucepan

Revere Copper Clad Bottom 1-Quart SaucepanI have an identical pan that I have owned for 16 years with no complaints. It is still as good as when i bought it and it has had some heavy use.

THe new one is terrible way less material feels flimsy and it buckled the first time I used it. it now rocks around on a convex base.

Don't buy this if you are expecting the quality provided by Revere in the past.

Sam

This is a very poor imitation of what used to be the valued and respected Revere ware of years ago. Interior is pitting after only several weeks of use and the metal is so thin that the bottom stamp shows on the inside bottom. Revere Copper Clad Bottom 1-Quart Saucepan I have used our old complete set of Revereware pots and pans since I was married many years ago and they are ALL still good. I've never had to replace any until recently when the cost of a new handle for a small sauce pan was almost as much as a new pan. Even the handle on the new pan has no screws to remove or replace it.

I have used this bright, shiny pan about a handful times on low to medium heat.About 1/2 of the copper plating is gone.I might as well have purchased a completely aluminimum pan.I happen to have the original Revere copper clad cookware from 1979.Though the copper has dulled (I'm sure that if I used a copper cleaner, it will brighten), and they have been used on the highest of heat settings, the full copper coating still remains. So, unfortunately, there is a major difference in quality between this little pan made in Indonesia vs. my hardy, still very functional set manufactured in 1979 at the plant in Clinton, Illinois.I'm not faulting the manufacturing process in Indonesia.I am faulting the company because they set the specifications for manufacturing. This company producing the copper clad Revere items obviously could care less about producing a quality product and maintaining the Revere brand's reputation.Though this little pan works OK, I don't know why they bother even putting the copper clad stuff on it.Disappointing.

I ordered this saucepan just to have an extra one since we use this size a lot.I was concerned about the reviews about the quality of the newer pans but so far then new pan has held up fine.

As a comparison, I weighed my 30 year old made in USA pan and the new pan.The new pan weighs 304 grams and the old pan weighs 290 grams.Of course I cannot say where the extra weight comes from, but they seem to have the same dimensions for the pan as well as the handle.

At least I can be sure that the new pan does not have significantly less material.

As for buckling or rocking, I would be surprised to see this happen to this saucepan.A saucepan is normally filled with a liquid that should keep the temperature along the bottom of the pan even and below the boiling point.(As opposed to a frying pan.)

I ordered two 1 quart saucepans, they are identical in every respect to an original that I have had since the 1960's except for the bakelite handle.I compared the weight and thickness of the metal of the 1960's version and the new one and they are same right down to the thickness of the lip.

A fantastic deal for the price.

Berndes Milestone 11-Inch Square Grill Pan

Berndes Milestone 11-Inch Square Grill PanI searched for years for a grill pan that would function as a stove top broiler, leaving grill marks on meat and fish. They were available for all range tops, but mine, which has a smooth glass top. I needed an absolutely flat bottomed grill pan.The Berndes Milestone is exactly as I would have designed a pan for my needs. It has the broiler-like ribs in the interior, but a flat bottom for the stove top. The pan is no lightweight, coming in at 4.5 lbs on my digital scale. Even though it has a non-stick interior, I think it cleans up best if a light brushing of oil is applied before grilling. I've pan broiled everything from filet mignon, salmon, hot dogs, to Jaccard meat tenderized chuck strips and everything has cooked exactly as I desired.

I have several Berndes pans that function wonderfully. However, the Berndes grill pan is not one of them. The problem is you cannot get an aluminum pan hot enough to produce good sear marks.Try as I might I can only produce barely visible grill marks on a variety of foods with the Berndes grill pan.In contrast, my cast iron LeCreuset grill pan produces beautiful dark sear marks every time on the same burner on my stovetop.Additionally, the handle on my Berndes grill pan came loose after every use.The pan is not well made nor does it function well. Save your money and buy a cast iron grill pan.

This pan arrived with a defect and I contacted customer support (unfortunately, I did not use the pan within the Amazon return period).

After several unanswered emails to the customer service email address at the Berndes site, I contacted them by phone and they said they would send a part that I was to use to repair the pan.Bad enough that it wasn't immediately replaced, but I never received the part.

Most people expect higher-end cookware with a "lifetime guarantee" to have decent customer service, or some semblance thereof, but none exists here.

My first and last Berndes purchase was a complete waste of time and money.

This pan works perfectly on my glass cooktop.I am able to get a beautiful sear and nothing sticks.Throwing my LeCreuset grill pan away--so heavy and everything sticks. No more extensive cleanup.I do lightly season the pan with oil before every use.Love it!

Paula Deen Signature Porcelain 9-Inch Nonstick Skillet and 11-Inch Nonstick Square Griddle, Red

Paula Deen Signature Porcelain 9-Inch Nonstick Skillet and 11-Inch Nonstick Square Griddle, RedI love this set by Paula Dean. The griddle is the perfect size for pancakes or grilled cheese and so far nothing has stuck.I love the 9 inch skillet for eggs and omlets. They come out perfect.

This set of pans is pretty nice. I got it to give the Paula Deen pans a try and I needed a new square griddle! The price was excellent so it was time! The interior is non-stick (a plus)and the lovely red speckled enamel exterior is my hands down favorite thing about these pans! I like that they have a metal ring for hanging, it's a copper color and looks nice. The only downside for me is the handles are a bit too narrow for a comfortable grip!
