The cooking portion of the pan is fine, but the handle is not. It is uninsulated, and cannot be touched with a bare hand. I got a silicone handle cover, but that revealed another problem: the addition of the rather small weight of the handle cover is enough to unbalance the pan when it's empty.Save 22% Off
