...unless being unpackaged and wrapped in a wrinkled Disney Parks bag counts as being sealed.I ordered this item as a gift for a friend.The trivet itself is okay, lighter than I expected. Would have liked to have received it in some form of packaging--I selected this particular item because it is listed as "Comes sealed."There are also several light scratches and scuffs that make me wonder how long this thing would last if it were actually used as a trivet.
