My only beef is that they do not come with lids and the lid from my old 10" T-fal that these are replacing does not fit this 10" T-fal.Other than that they are great pans for the money.
I baked my Soda Bread in it for this St Patrick's Day and it slid right out of the pan to my cooling rack and cleaned up in seconds.It cleans so well you won't want to bother putting it in the dishwasher, even though you can.Found the 12" Omelet skillet first and loved it. So bought these two smaller ones and have given away all my others. These cook very well, have high sides to prevent slopping over and wash up easily. Love them!!
I have used these skillets for years now and they are still in great shape, easy to take care of, just need a little oil or butter and are truly non-stick! I love the fact that we can put them in the oven since I like making frittatas!This is the best ever non-stick pan I ever bought, and I bought quite a few believe me... The pans have a thick metal covered with high quality teflon. Best part is nothing sticks to the surface, even eggs. Buy it your eyes closed.
