I've been using this pan for over a year now, and I have no complaints. The handle is comfortable to hold and doesn't get hot. The pan heats evenly, unless I leave it alone too long on a gas burner (I try not to do that now). The finish on the bottom started to chip a little right away, marring its initial attractiveness, but the inside looks almost as good as new. The nonstick surface allows me to make pancakes (or whatever) with just a light spray of oil, and it also makes the pan super easy to clean. I recommend following the directions on the packaging (don't scrape the pan with metal utensils, don't run water into a hot pan, etc.), because I think it really prolongs this pan's lifespan.I loved this pan when I first got it, everything slid around and I never needed to season the pan.Now it sticks really horribly, even with seasoning.I've had it a little over a year.
I never used non-stick spray and always hand-washed the pan.Just wanted to note that since it seems that I see quite a few responses to these kinds of reviews that the reviewer was doing something wrong or not caring for it properly. It just seems inevitable that these non-stick pans are going to lose their finish over time.Shame.
