Strauss Green Cuisine 8 Inch Stainless Steel Skillet with Non Stick Ceramic Coating

I wanted to find a skillet that was not cheap and peeling with the non-stick surface fast AND stainless steel [since I don't use aluminum]

Thisis the "IT" skillet for eggs.The ceramic finish releases easily.

Don't turn the temperature up to high to cook eggs anda tip I read long ago ---use a drop or two of Tabasco to make the eggs hold together betterplus, any other seasonings---then, wash easily and use again the next A.M.

Great invention by the Germans once again!

I bought it because the description said it was made in Germany (and for the price it should have been!), but it is made in China.It is heavier than most department store skillets (that should be a good thing).The third time I used this skillet a brownish area started to appear on the non-stick surface -it wouldn't come off with normal scrubbing, and it grew each time I used the skillet.I finally quit using it.Can't say I'd recommend this item even at a much reduced price.
