This pan isn't for drifty cooks. Remember the handle gets hot and you can burn yourself with these things.But, if you have a fish or something this pan is great. It's easy to maintain and allows some flexibility in the kitchen.
Just remember this thing isn't for a commercial kitchen and keep it away from high temperatures.
